Oil Changers

Great experience there. The guys were very great and helpful. They made me feel no worries about my car after services. They even help take care of the damage that Discount tires on shaw and willow did from my last oil change with Discount tire.

Great guys, very professional. Unfortunately they did not have the air filter for my truck. I had to drive to two Auto part stores to find one and replace myself self. So great job, but keep up on stock.

Had a great experience thanks to Richard. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help me save some money by finding me a $15 coupon for my oil change even though I already had a $10 one ready. Really appreciated the honesty and customer service. Quick, smooth experience overall — definitely deserves recognition.

Accidentally left my review for the wrong location. I was definitely at this Villa location. A certain automotive department at a certain one stop shop claimed my drain plug was too tight to work on. Called "Oil Changers" at random and explained the situation. They said they’d get their best guy on it and make it happen one way or another. I finally had a chance to go in May 16th. Staff was very friendly, polite and attentive. They got that oil plug out no problem. They did notice the threads on my oil pan were slightly damaged and would likely continue to get damaged at every oil change. So they offered me a new drain plug buuuuttt recommended this self tapping plug as a more permanent and secure solution. Never seen something like that. It was a tapered self tapping bolt with a smaller plug built into it. I was thinking best case scenario a tap and die solution, worst case scenario a whole new oil pan. Nope. Oil Changers took care of it all for the price of the oil change. Also changed out my air filter for free since I had a brand new one in the trunk. It’s a really cool "drive through" experience and would highly recommend. They wiped my windshield, checked my tire pressure and tested my headlights and taillights. Okay I’ll say it… I’m done with Walmart and will be returning HERE for my next oil change and the next one after that. I’m really grateful as I was really stressing out about how much a new oil pan would cost but these guys know what they’re doing. Really appreciate you guys for alleviating my concerns over an expensive repair.
