If you come here, ask for James! He has the best customer service I've experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great condition and took the time to explain everything honestly. As a woman, I've sometimes worried about being taken advantage of at auto shops, but James treated me with respect, was straightforward, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and well taken care of. James is outstanding at what he does, and his professionalism, honesty, and customer service are second to none. This was so easy, efficient and enjoyable. Didn’t expect to be able to sit in my car while the oil was changed. My tech was very friendly and personable and NO high pressure for add on services. Love that! I will be back…Thank you for offering an option other than Dealerships.

I don't think I've ever seen a group of guys more in sync and helpful since the old gas station attendants back in the 1950's! I appreciate every single one of these men as they are good at what they do! They explained everything to me in real time! As a customer I don't think I've ever had such good customer service! During my recent visit to the oil changer place, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. As they efficiently took care of my car's oil change, the staff went above and beyond by offering to clean my windshield. It was a thoughtful touch that made a significant difference; the crystal-clear view not only enhanced my driving experience but also left me feeling appreciated as a customer. Watching them meticulously wipe away the grime and dirt reminded me of the little details that can elevate a routine service into a memorable experience. Overall, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free.

This is my second service with the Clovis oil changers. Both visits the staff has been very friendly and personable. On my first service, they did a fuel filter change and upon completion and getting home, I noticed the fender screws were not put back in my fender. So I called and talked to the store and went back the next day and picked up the screws and had to put them in myself Or wait back through the line again that I’d already waited in the day prior, I opted to put in the screws myself. My second trip was today for a simple oil, change lube, and filter. Again, I was signed in promptly And I specifically asked the tech that signed me in to make sure that we got all lube points done. He assured me that wouldn’t be a problem he would relay the information to his team. They completed their work, check my lights Reset my gauges and sent me on my way. Once home I noticed at looking at the front end the 2 easiest lube points to access had not been done. I returned to the store to request them completing their service for which I had already paid, but did not receive and was told to get back in line or come back later in the evening. I’m sure the work that they do complete is done well, it’s the things that they don’t do and charge you for that is lacking. You shouldn’t have to block out time in your day twice to get what can be done in a single visit.
