I reached out to Mr. Dobbs after finding his web page through a Google search My husband and I are self-employed small business owners and needed information about mortgages, as most lenders I spoke with were unsophisticated about self-employed tax returns. Dan, new to exactly how to approach the underwriting requirements, got us a great in and closed our loan quickly after we filed our 2025 tax return. He always picked up my calls after hours and answered all our questions. We are blessed to have found him. He deserves 10 stars!
