BookRetreats

I booked a tennis retreat via BookRetreats and the package was USD 3000, with this, the platform mistook the dates, didn't confirm the booking on time, and ended up getting the host to tell me the resort ran out of rooms, so I have to add additional USD 1000 for my original plan, all in very short notice. I am a solo traveler, hoping this experience would be smooth and safe, but this whole time, they never assigned a human Customer Service agent to address any of my enquiries, the whole time was an AI chatbot on WhatsApp that kept repeating the answers that weren't addressing my concerns. For a retreat that costs USD 4000, this kind of customer experience given by BookRetreats has been an all time low in my life. I have ended up cancelling it and booking directly through my host which is a lower rate without commission taken by BookRetreat. So even till this day , I am still convinced that BookRetreat is a scam, potentially the abduction kind of scam centers.

Book Retreats is a great booking platform for everything retreat and wellness and spa resorts that you will ever need! Its great to work through the retreats and gives so many options for what you are looking for anywhere in the world! Very easy to book and great experience with quality customer service between information and admin and connection with the hosts of your retreats! Im looking forward to my 5 day healing resort in bali! Will give a detailed review after my experience! Already I'm very happy with the experience so far! Thank you! I'm sure this will ne the first of many retreats that I book with Book Retreats! 🙏✔️🙏

Booked before and it was wonderful. This past time, I booked but after speaking with the host felt very uncomfortable and canceled. They would not refund me and took the hosts side without fairness. This is not OK. The booking was not what it said and the host wasn’t either. They refused to refund me even though I didn’t attend. I’m sure they will reply something here politically correct or some explanation that isn’t true. Wouldn’t recommend booking on this site again.

Excellent booking experience quick, efficient and now waiting for th e confirmation email so i can book my flights.

I booked a retreat and forgot to book transportation. I contacten bookretreats and was assisted in an excellent way. They contacted the host out of my name. Took away the hassle for me. Perfect.
