They are amazing in terms of their commitment and communication. I strongly recommend this place for each individual having any fixing/repair issues listed here. They have worked and fixed my Honda CR-V hatch door within 4-5 days. Now it’s look like a brand new one
Fix Auto Fresno Body Works did an amazing job on my car! They kept me informed throughout the whole process and returned the car on the promised date. The car feels and looks like brand new again. Thank you!
Loved my experience with this place. I thought it was all on me contact the rental place, I couldn't get through at first, the guy behind the counter immediately got ahold of them for me, took care of everything. They stayed in contact with me about everything and informed me even when they were halfway done. Got my car done a day ahead of schedule, AND stayed an extra half hour after closing so that I could come pick it up. All I did was drop off the rental to them and drove off mine. Super easy, quick, pleasant, I just all around really liked this place. If I have problems again with my car, I will definitely bring it back here.
I’ve had a few experiences with my car here. Every time the service is absolutely fantastic, high quality, thorough, expeditious, and professional. Each interpersonal encounter was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for any auto body/mechanical work you might need done.
I worked with Derek & Erin along the way. Amazing customer service. This is now my second repair with them and I will be going back to them for any future repairs. Thank you Fresno Body Works!
