I had an excellent experience here! Brought my car in after months of it being at another shop where they messed my car up worse than how I dropped it off with them. Went back and forth with my adjuster about finding a new shop to handle my car's repairs and we agreed on Francis Collision Centre due to the high review count and the high rating. Kevin was the one who took care of my car, handling the project and keeping me updated on the process. He inspected it, wrote the preliminary estimate for my insurance and I and also made sure the job was done right. My car had stayed here for a while, but knowing it was being taken care of and making sure it was done right was more important to me than getting it back a few days later worse than how I dropped it off. Kevin was honest to me about pricing, provided the estimate to me directly, which isn't something the other shop did, and sent me photos of the damages the other shop had done. My only regret was not coming here from the beginning for my car's repairs. Really impressed with the work done and the quality of their cleaning of the interior and exterior of my car before giving it back to me. Just had my car cleaned by Kevin and his guys, and I am very impressed with their work. Should anything happen to my own or someone's car that I know, I will recommend this shop 100%! I've brought my car to this place twice for insurance claims (Geico), and they've done an excellent job both times. They got me in quickly and is very professional in what they do. I don't have any complaints or concerns. Everything went smoothly, and I love how they keep you updated. It's also great that they work hand in hand with Enterprise, which makes it a lot easier when I need a rental car.

First off the customer service here is absolutely amazing. Juanita and Bernadette kept me updated nearly every day on every step of the process from start to finish. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a shop that kept me updated and the feature they have on that status of the vehicle via text message is a plus. However I’m only leave 3 stars because my car did get damage while being there. Kevin was upfront and honest about the damages when I arrived to pick up my car. I will update this and leave 5 stars once the vehicle gets fixed from there damage. Besides this occurrence I will definitely recommend. My cars rims were stolen and left on bricks not to major damage. Will leave before and after pics. Update my trunk lid was fixed in a timely manner. Would still recommend & go back if work is ever needed again.

My experience was great from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for my car very quickly, and the staff was professional and friendly. The gentleman who helped me, Kevin, was excellent. He went over all the suggested repairs when I dropped off my car and explained everything thoroughly. I also really appreciated the updates throughout the repair process, and especially how quickly they had my car ready. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Francis Collision Centre.
