I never feel like he's trying to sell me services I don't need, which is hard to find these days. His honesty and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back. A huge thank you as well to Jordan, the manager, for getting me in on such short notice during my last minute day off. He made the scheduling process incredibly easy and was very accommodating. Walked in, handed my keys, told the manager what i needed, 1 hour for completion was given. They finished in one hour. A full inspection was done as well ( which was about 51 things ). Overall, great experience. Happy with the service on my Mercedes.

I had a great experience here. I stopped in on a Saturday looking for a tire they didn’t have in stock. Instead of telling me to come back another day, they offered to send someone to their warehouse right away to pick it up so they could install it as soon as possible. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road quickly. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend them!

This was my first time using GoodGuys, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Barry was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right tires for my truck. He even drove to the tire distribution center to pick up the tires I selected so that they could install them same day. They also performed a front end alignment on my truck to make sure I get the proper performance and wear on my new tires. I will definitely be returning to GoodGuys when I need to have routine maintenance performed such as oil changes, transmission service and brakes replaced. Great service and saved us on purchasing a battery. They double checked battery cable that was loose . They tightened it and battery was still good. There was no need to purchase a new one. Honesty goes a long way.
