There's a reason this yard has a 3.6 star rating where as the other yards throughout Southern California have a higher rating. They love to overcharge for pieces, and if you strip it down to a smaller form, they'll still try to charge you for the full piece. A dash panel, according to their system is the complete dash, which they charge $77.99. When you buy the full dash panel this is what you're paying for. If I pull the dash pad, or a panel that is able to be separated from dash, you should be paying the $25.99 for a dash pad as it's not the full dash panel. I bought numerous pieces off dash panels like the piece I was trying to buy today and have had it charged as molding by foot or as dash pad. The same principal applies to other parts like seats. They have a dedicated ring up for 1/2 seat but will still try charging you for the full seat. This yard is extremely greedy and will try to rob you left and right. Go to Ontario, San Bernardino, Fontana or Rialto yard if you prefer quality customer service and competent management. **P.S. bought the part a sister location, same piece that they wanted to charge $100 for and even after explaining the item to the cashier they rung it up as a bezel. Go to a yard that actually works with you and understands not all parts are identical**

They give you a cheap receipt, they don't track your warranty.When you buy one it's like they want you to lose the receipt.So you can't get your warranty used to have a good rewards to keep track system.Now they don't. That's why I like to buy my partner.Another junkyard, where they don't charge you for a warranty. 60 days You pick you pull Junk yard better

Update: the admission has more than doubled, now $5 to get in. Parts prices seemed to have tripled. All locations go by the same pricing index. Other location wanted to charge me $456 for a cracked bumper cover. Extra for license plate holder. Extra for 1 busted fog light & extra for the 18 inch foam insert. This place has a good Size yard. They sit on 3 different levels. So be ready to climb up those hills. Important note: you need to know where your car is located. The app is good, but NO internet reception or very slow if you can connect. You really do not want to be walking up and down those hills to many times. They strip these cars down pretty fast. So a lot of parts are already gone. They keep the yard fairly clean. Parking lot is big. They have a glass shop in the parking lot. Prices are much higher than before. Think it's to cover the damage people do. Like cut the quarter panel, slice the wiring harness & break the windshield just to get the cigarette lighter. *UPDATE* 4/25 nothing has changed. Still over priced. Messy yard, you still need to be in shape to get up to the upper levels, pulling your cart.

Lots of nice cars but they're charging a premium and referencing ebay listings for parts you pull yourself in the desert heat. Then they will try to charge you extra for pieces to the same part you just pulled.

I really contemplated on posting this review because normally the experience here is good, however today it was just terrible. I just can't believe the service I received from the cashier today!!! After sweating to get up to the 3rd level, I pulled a part that took some time to remove (not easy). When I got to the cashier it was a girl that I have never seen there before. She was the one with a large birth mark on her face. After an exhausting part pull I went to her at the register (she was the only one), and she began to start arguing with me about what part I had. It was amusing that she didn't even know what I had anyhow as she kept scrolling through her computer trying to figure it out for 5 minutes. Note, I have purchased this same part multiple times over the year at this location, with different cashiers. She claimed the lock actuator I had was a "chassis control computer!" No way in the world does this little actuator motor with a single 3/8" connector be classified as a chassis computer! It doesn't control anything, it actually gets told by a computer to lock or unlock it's motor actuator! I kindly explained how it functions and she didn't believe the ASE master technician I am. She began her belittling attitude, then I kindly asked to confirm with the other gentlemen there (one that's a manager (Juan), and the other that's a normal cashier (which has worked in the Nissan Parts dept. for many years, this being a Nissan part he always knows exactly what it is). She said nobody's available. Then to my surprise, she began to belittle the other cashiers, and the knowledgeable male cashier I normally see. She stated that they Did Not Know what the part was, and that I was always undercharged. Hmmm...very interesting, because I forgot to mention the other Female cashiers charge the same as the Men too. Between the terrible customer service, and her not knowing what the part was, I left the part on the counter and walked away exhausted. Go ahead and recycle it off as scrap metal, because I was about to buy it for what it's worth. Overall this Female cashier needs to be trained on customer service, parts identification, and to simply be able to uphold the reputation of the company by not talking down fellow "More Experienced" employees. Belittling customers is one thing, but to belittle your fellow employees really makes me not want to go back!
