I freaking love this place!!!! They always have a great selection of cars. The cashiers there are really dedicated and try their best to help people out. I got helped out by some guy named kevin. Dudes was really chill 😎 with the vibes and helped me get in and out quickly. By the looks off it, the cashiers seems to help out everyone to the best of their ability. Solid!!!! Idk about that the manager though 🤔 walked passed me mad. Either way dudes there are top tier 👌
Unfriendly, unhelpful, and hostile staff. Most of the time their returns system is conveniently not working. They always give customers a hard time when parts are being teturned. They lack great customer service. They never answer the phone. Their call center doesn't have a clue how to help. Etc, etc, etc We're valuable customers and deserve to be treated with respect and with dignity, NOT with hostility or rejections.
Got parts needed then upon checking out I remember I need a car battery. They have a big rack of them by the exit. So I ask how much. $40. I was gonna go get one but I just ask if the have all the sizes. They say they do. So I buy one and then go to get one. I am trying to to find the right one and a worker that seems to be the battery guy tells me to pull up my car and he will size me up the right one. So I go get car pull up and the guy watching exit who thinks he runs the place is now questioning if I payed entrance fee. I had to prove it. Then I find they don’t have the right size battery. The guy that thinks he is in charge is telling me to take a different one that they decided I should have and go. I don’t want it. It’s a cheap value craft. Now he goes to question if I even paid for a battery. I had to now prove that also. I say I just want money back. Mr. In charge tells me I need to take the cheap batter and go. I can’t get refund. I didn’t pay warranty. I didn’t even get one. They don’t have the right one I just want money back. It’s a problem and they are being very rude. The place has the worst customer service. Now I’m waitng over an hour longer than I would have been if I just didn’t get a battery. Unbelievable some people.
I understand that employees may get first pick of parts before vehicles are put out on the lot. If that's the policy, fine. But at least update the pictures after those parts have been removed. Don't advertise a vehicle with old or misleading photos that make customers waste their time and money driving out there. How much more obvious can you make it? Vehicles with stock radios, broken radios, or missing radios usually have clear pictures of the entire dashboard. But the vehicles that are most likely to have desirable factory radio head units? Suddenly the pictures are cut off right before the radio. That's not a coincidence. The same thing happens with trucks and SUVs. The cargo area or truck bed is often missing from the photos, especially on vehicles that look like they may have had sound systems, toolboxes, or other valuable parts that customers are actually looking for. Why not show those areas? If the parts are gone, just show it. At least customers will know what they're driving out to see. Who decides what parts of each vehicle get photographed? Has anyone in management actually looked at the pictures being uploaded to the website? Some of them are so incomplete that it honestly looks like they're intentionally avoiding certain areas of the vehicle. If the people running the business were customers themselves, I'm sure they'd question why the photos are incomplete and misleading. Accurate, complete photos would save customers time, fuel, and frustration, and would make the website much more trustworthy. Right now, it feels like the website is designed to get customers through the gate rather than to honestly show what's actually available.
Yesterday I qentvi. At about 10 am I got to the window the guy not giirl the dumbest at the cashier window was telling the customers that the security guard working tody is a very strict so look out today is not a good day for stealing stuff . So I also noticed they don't pay to go in two guys in from of me did not pay. The girl that does a great job at the teller looked very frustrated as this niet guy was letting people in free and coaching the thiefa. So I pay go in and oickwd up some weatherproof mats I found i im a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe . And walked in to get a small part for my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe limited inhad the whole kit two floor mats and well I left my wheel barrel for 10 seconds to get the driver side floor mat stolen from the wheel barrel. Along with tools snap on wrenches and my craftsman drill electric when I returned to pay I reported the mt missing along with my tools . I tried to purchase the left side floor mat so that the thief that took it from my wheel barrel did not get away with the full kit . Well at your window I told them to run my card as debit it should ask for a pin well they kept running it in purpose as credit till it was blocked they made me swipe my card over and over it denied my card so I gave up and left .
