Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Big Brand Tire! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff (Ray)was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, guiding me through the best tire options for my vehicle without any pressure. The oil change was quick, and I appreciated their attention. I also loved the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the shop. Big Brand Tire has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be returning for any future tire needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable tires or oil change and top-notch customer service! 🌟🚗
Ray and staff immediately found metal object in our tire and fixed it, no charge. They helped us troubleshoot a weird car noise too. They were very helpful and I definitely recommend buying your tires here! New tire prices are reasonable and tires usually in stock.
I’ve been taking my car there for oil changes and tire service for quite a while. Today my wife’s car went in there to get her tires done. They recommended alignment super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate all the people that work there.
I came in today for routine oil change and tire rotation. The guy comes out and says your brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. That made no sense to me because my last oil change and tire rotation I had asked them "How did my brakes look?" They told me they had plenty of life. So your telling me now after a few thousand miles both pads and rotors need to be replaced? Something didnt feel right so I decided to get second opinion and went to another repair shop. They tell me I have plenty of life on all 4 pads, and they did not need to be changed. My instincts were correct. I use to trust this shop and brought me and my wifes car for routine maintenance. However that trust has become broken and I will no longer be taking our cars or recommending anybody to go here. Friendly advice, if your looking at a big repair bill, GET YOURSELF A SECOND OPINION. And if you feel like somethings off, trust your gut.
I took my Xterra in to be aligned on June 9th of this year. I've had minor issues with Big Brand over torquing the lug nuts before so I made sure to ask them to double check the lug nut torque spec when they're done aligning it. The gentleman behind the front desk said they're required to check them but that he'd make sure to tell the techs to do it. I told him where the wheel lock key was in my vehicle, he wrote it down on the work order and I left so they could do the work. Fast forward to that afternoon and I had asked a friend of mine to drive the Xterra back to my house because I had my other car at his house and needed to get it home. He agreed, jumped in and we drove back to my house. When we got back to my apartment, he told me the truck had almost a death wobble feeling to it. Lo and behold, I checked the lugnuts and none of them were making contact with the wheel as it was parked. 0 ft/lbs of torque on all 12 lugnuts for the front 2 wheels. My wheel and tire combo weighs almost 90 lbs each. Had they come off of the vehicle at highway speed, they very easily could have severely injured or killed others on the road, not to mention it's a lifted, too heavy SUV that likely would have rolled if a wheel came off, injuring or killing my friend, a husband and a father of 2. I don't normally take the time to write reviews about stuff, but this is a serious concern to me and I will NEVER go back to this shop every again. I plan on forwarding my complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair as well because this should have absolutely never happened. Avoid this shop at all costs.
