Great experience at Big Brand this morning! I was passing through on my way to San Francisco and realized I needed a tire rotation to stay within my tire warranty requirements. Christopher was upfront about how long the wait would be and let me know exactly when to come back for a quicker turnaround. I returned at the time he suggested and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Not quite a NASCAR-level tire change, but pretty dang close. Thanks for making it so easy!

Chris took a very hands on approach with me and from what I can see he does this with as many clients as he can. I followed him from the Atascadero store to the Paso branch. I value his straightforward advice, his honesty, and integrity. If you’re local or just passing through and need something, Big Brand in Paso is the place. Ask for Chris, he will definitely take care of you. The communication and service advice was top notch! My 4 new tires ride great on my trailer! Ready for more work now!!

I worked with Isaiah and Chris on a pre purchase inspection, and they were amazing. Thoroughly detailed with the inspection and sent over a written email report. They were also very patient with me and the dealership to work with scheduling. Amazing, amazing place! Would definitely recommend.

I went to Big Brand on 8/26/26 for a Tire Rotation just as I have many times before. I was not experiencing any problems with my tires or tire pressures. They rotated my tires and I left with the tire warning light on. I drove it for a bit thinking it needed a minute to reset but it never turned off. I took it back to Big Brand an they started talking about needing a new sensor battery but that they'd try to reset it first. Two employees had to work together to attempt to reset it, told me it would finish resetting after driving for about 5 min. Again, I drove it as directed and warning light never turned off an I now realize the PSI of none of my tires are showing up on my menu as it typically does. Took it back to Big Brand an the man at the counter was convinced I needed a battery for the sensor upward of $300 BUT they'd pay half since mysteriously this said battery died between me dropping it off for a rotation and picking it up. My spidey senses called BS and I left feeling a great deal of mistrust. I took it to a local tire store the next morning an they checked my tire pressures and found all 4 tires over inflated an voila like magic the warning light went off an my car registeted the PSI of all four tires without the $300+ battery replacement! I will definitely not be returning to Big Brand Paso Robles

I had a low tire pressure sensor indicator illuminated. The crew was very helpful, accommodating and diagnosed the problem and had me out in no time at all. Superior customer service. I won’t go any place else!
