Very friendly and helpful. I really like Mary Catz. She listens and asks questions. I was impressed by her sincerity. She covered all my concerns. The only thing that could make the experience better would be to review all the new patients paperwork for it's redundancy.

Everyone at the Hercules office was so nice! I often go into doctor's offices feeling defensive because I've struggled with my weight my whole life, even when my weight was normal, so I'm often diagnosed as needing to lose weight for everything. Mary was so kind and helpful and eager to help get my HS under control. I'm really glad I found this group of people.

Very detailed information was shared by Dr. Freeny. Nicole showed a very caring attitude and very timely in providing me the care instructions as well as calling the pharmacy to fill up my prescription to start the treatment. The registration staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall experience was very positive.
