Dr. Arora is an exceptionally professional physician with outstanding bedside manner. He is incredibly attentive and truly takes his time with his patients. I recently brought my father in for a consultation, and we were deeply impressed by the genuine dedication he showed to his care. What makes this practice even more exceptional is the support team. It is rare to find both a phenomenal doctor and a stellar staff, but the front desk personnel here are incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. Additionally, Dr. Arora speaks fluent Spanish. This is immensely helpful for our family; knowing he can communicate directly with my father in his native language gives us incredible peace of mind on the occasions I cannot accompany him to his appointments. Dr Arora always excellent, Erin his assistant makes everything easy. But the people at the front desk unfriendly and just don’t want to help. I am pretty sure you guys get paid by the hour. And something so simple as throw away a piece of paper should not turn into a disciplinary session. When people just want to take a photo to put in Fetch (look it up) no conversation was needed when asked to throw it away. So Thank you Erin for throwing it away. And don’t tell people Dr Arora doesn’t do Telehealth calls he does. Thank you for your survey.

Eva was very professional and personable. She explained any upcoming procedures very well. This was my first appointment at this facility and was very impressed. When I went back for my followup appointment on June 17th, I was not too pleased. There is not enough parking. I had to park a block and a half away and walk in. As soon as you walk in you could smell whatever they warmed up for lunch. My appointment was at 2:45, I did not get called in the office until 3:15 and I waited again until 3:45, when I actually saw Eva. Nothing against Eva, she is very professional and explains things very well. I will not be going back to this place in the near future.

My experience with Eva, NP was absolutely amazing. She has a unique way of connecting with patients and takes time to explain things in detail. I rate her and her assistant very highly.

I recently visited Dr. Eva Cristobal, and I found her to be very attentive to my current situation. She took the time to talk with me and explain the issues thoroughly. However, I would have liked a bit more involvement regarding a thorough analysis of my abdominal pain. Overall, a great experience!
