My experience was great from the beginning. The ladies at check-in were pleasant and helpful. The nurse who checked my vitals and medications was very efficient. Dr Teymoorian was terrific. I don't see him in office too often. We had a great talk and analysis of my issues. He asked relevant probing questions , typing all along as we talked. I left with a prescription for imaging work, and a return visit in two months. I am very happy and satisfied with my entire appointment. I had a great experience at Inland Empire Gastroenterology.
I was called in for my appointment 3 minutes before my appointment time. That was nice. After initial data gathering I waited about 10 minutes to be seen by the PA. That's acceptable. And I was taken to scheduling where nice young lady was very friendly and helpful scheduling my appointment for a colonoscopy. Overall everyone was very friendly and professional and punctual. It was a nice experience.
I went in for a colonoscopy consult. My appointment was on time. The consultant doctor was very thorough in explaining the procedure and preparing for it. Then the person that checked me out, was also very thorough in explaining the preparation for the procedure. I left my appointment less anxious then going in.
I wish I would have gotten the girl’s name that went over my procedure instructions at the end of my appointment. She was very pleasant and personable. The PA was very good at her job and friendly.
Everyone here is so nice! From the lady who checked me in, to the person who did my vitals, to the PA (Alexandria)to the one who explained details about setting & keeping my procedure appt, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there! Not something you’ll always find in a Drs office! This is my 2D time at this location. Last time was 3 yrs ago & I will definitely continue to come here for any of my GI needs!
I was pleasantly surprised to be called on time for my appointment. Everyone was so nice and efficient.Getting ready for this procedure is not easy, but having a great team to help me is a huge bonus.
Great staff; short wait time. Dr Teymoorian is one of the best doctors I have seen-attentive, considerate, skilled. I am always at ease seeing him.
