The two technicians standing outside under the tent are amazing! I had a virtual intake with a medical provider that was quick. Booking an appointment is also quick and i received my negative Covid results within 15 minutes via email and text. I recommend Premium Health in Santa Ana medical facility highly.

Was a bit nervous with online reservations but it was well explained and easy to navigate. Once arrived to appointment, it was less than 5 min. Quick and efficient and medical staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

I made my appointment through the app. & showed up a few minutes before my 6 p.m. Friday appointment, but no one was there. Some people who work in one of the nearby buildings told me that they usually close up their tent @ 5. Kindly update your website so that no one else has the same inconvenience.

This process was super easy. I don't need to be afraid of getting covid from anyone testing. It's and opened location, not a room full of sick people. Loved it! I will definitely take this route and recommend others to do so.

I've been to various locations, and they were all easy to navigate and efficient. Results were sent in a timely manner. This is my go-to facility that does not charge if you have insurance. I was able to get a rapid PCR test, not just a rapid antigen.

After I called because I was hopelessly lost, the lady on the phone talked me through finding the location. I was losing it, and she was very nice to me. The young man who did the swab was very patient and nice as well.
