i was told by Rocio back in December that in order for us to be on the wait list our insurance would have to submit the authorization over to them. i did exactly that. i even sent her a message letting her know exactly when i was going to do it. she never put me on the wait list, never followed up. once i reached out she started ignoring my messages probably because she messed up! Wasted 4 months of my daughters time when we could of been getting services elsewhere.

My daughter’s journey with United Speech ended at the beginning of the month. Ms Kristina and Ms Giselle gave her so much love and were so patient with her. My daughter started communicating her needs more. I can’t thank them enough for all their support and encouragement for the past year

We are so grateful with my son's speech therapist Anna. She is very engaging and fun! My son enjoys his sessions with her. I am so happy to see my son is making great progress with her. When she met my son Alberto Jr, he barely said five words and hardly make any consonant sounds. Now, he says more words, identifying farm animals and is making many consonant sounds. I am so happy with my son with his progress. Once he turns 3, we are going to miss her so much! I highly recommend this place for speech therapy! The staff is so friendly and are flexible with your schedule.

My son has been working with Anna for almost a year. I have seen his speech improve tremendously. Anna is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her teaching style, she keeps sessions fun and playful to make sure my son stays engaged in all the activities. He genuinely gets excited when I tell him she is coming. She is a great speech therapist and would recommend her 1000%. Everyone else at USS has been great but Anna has made learning for my son enjoyable.

United Speech Specialists has been providing services for my daughter for a couple months, and honestly in this short period of time my daughter has improved so much. Although I am saddened that she is transitioning out from Regional Center because she is turning 3, I have had the best experience with her two therapists 🩵Anna, and Ms. Liz🩵. In these last couple of months my daughter has shown significant improvement with speech, because she's able to communicate more efficiently and it has even helped her to be more independent as she has found her voice and she feels more confident. Anna, you're an amazing person with a wonderful gift of teaching, thank you for being so attentive and very down to earth. Ms. Liz, my daughter's goals wouldn't have been met without your help either. Thank you for having such a welcoming vibe, making my daughter and I feel comfortable. We will miss you both. Lastly, Hector thank you for all your help, and for making everything so easier for me from start to end. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son, Alejandro, was seen by Ms. Anna and I can’t thank her enough for helping my son with his speech delay and improve tremendously. He immediately felt comfortable with her and she went beyond to communicating with me after each session to let me know his areas of improvement and relay advice to continue supporting him at home. Ms. Anna’s love and success towards her profession was truly shown through my sons advancement. She is the best. The staff is amazing and very professional when I had to communicate with them. My son was referred to United Speech Specialists at two years old through the Regional Center. His speech delay was treated early, thanks to the program's services. During his time here, he worked with three different therapists. The staff has always been welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. Anna and Marlet were excellent with my son, ensuring his needs were met. Both of them were patient, supportive, and professional in each session. My son enjoyed coming because of the fun activities the therapists would have in store for him. I loved how they would consider his interests, which was one of the main reasons he was willing to participate and stay engaged. I would also like to thank Hector and Val for considering my busy schedule when booking my son's sessions. They made it possible for him to attend his sessions twice a week. Overall, I would recommend bringing your child here to receive speech services. They genuinely care and want the best for your child.
