We had such a great experience at Cat Haven! It's about a 45-minute drive from Fresno and was absolutely worth the trip. The guided tour is about a ¼-mile trail where you'll see around 15 different species of wild cats. The guides are very knowledgeable and share interesting facts about each animal while explaining the important conservation work Cat Haven supports. The tour lasts about an hour, with tours running throughout the day (just note there are no tours between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.). Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, and dress for the weather. If you visit during the summer, be prepared—it gets very hot! If you love animals and want to learn more about wild cat conservation, I highly recommend visiting Cat Haven. It's a fun, educational experience for both kids and adults.

I love this place! The tour guide was awesome and informative. Our favorite cat was Jet, he was rubbing all over his giant tube it reminded us of our house panther back home. We will definitely be back and I recommend to anyone who is a fan of big cats.

What a great experience. Walker, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about every single cat in the conservation. He made the tour enjoyable. Most cats were sleeping since it was a hot day, but they were close enough to take pictures. I learned so much about felines.

Cat Haven was truly a special experience. We went to the first tour of the day so the cats were very active. i really appreciated our guides extensive knowledge. You can tell she is very passionate about the cats. I was fully engaged and learned alot during the tour. We had the pleasure of having two guides, one was in training and i loved her, she was so sweet and just easy to talk to and connect with. Both ladies made our day very special and we will definitely be back again.

Took my husband on a surprise tour of this place for his bday and he loved it.. we both did! The cats are beautiful and the staff are so wonderful. We learned so much and would definitely stop by again if we are in the area again. Love what they're doing 🙌💛

Our guide was pretty knowledgable and nice and informative, but there was just something off about this place. They claimed to not be involved in any shady business to get the big cats, but when asked about where certain ones came from, they definitely avoided the question. They did explain how the founder would go around to different countries to get the cats. Then inside the museum there are plenty of photos of people doing just that... hunting and trapping the animals in other countries. So... not sure how they can claim that they are just "rescuing" the animals when it seems like a number of them were hunted and removed from their habitats. Maybe I'm wrong, but they avoided answering the questions and the information given seemed to point in the opposite direction of what they claimed. TL;DR: Animals were nice, not sure how good I feel morally after visiting.

Please support this amazing cause! The wait for a tour was about 20 minutes. The guided tour is probably 80 minutes long. You see around 25 cats. They have tigers, lions, cheetahs etc.
