Excellent service! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant was spotless, with clean, pleasant spaces that made the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. The train-themed details throughout the restaurant were a wonderful touch. My little boy was especially happy and had a great time. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The location has changed since I last visited The Old Spaghetti Factory 48 years ago. However, this new location (to me) is even better and provides more parking than before. Once we entered, I felt as if I was still in the old location. The food, service, drinks, and staff were all top notch. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Fresno.

Went to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. its his favorite restaurant and we wanted to surprise him. Staff was friendly and accommodating... im not going to criticize the food, the Old Spaghetti Factory is what it is... critiquing the food would be a waste of time. Our son had a great night, his sister's enjoyed the the night as well. We'll likely be back for the three of them. Will say this though, next time I'll avoid the "marinara" sauce, had odd flavor. The "meat" sauce is a much better option.

The massive vintage chandeliers, beautiful stained glass windows, and plush velvet seating are absolutely incredible. The main highlight is an authentic 1910s red trolley from the Fresno Traction Co. parked right inside the dining room, offering a unique chance to eat next to a piece of California history. Every single detail is packed with old-school charm. Even the restroom layout with its authentic retro wooden vanity was a pleasant surprise. It is the perfect spot for taking great photos and enjoying a cozy family night out! 💁‍♂️ Service -5/5 The staff operates at the highest level. We received a warm welcome, our order was taken quickly, and the dishes arrived without any delays. The servers were incredibly attentive, polite, and professional a solid five stars for service. 🍝 Food & Menu -4/3.5The kitchen offers classic, time-tested Italian-American dishes that will satisfy those looking for simple, comforting flavors. The Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine and the classic Spaghetti with Rich Meat Sauce were prepared nicely, and the portions were very filling, but they didn't offer any culinary surprises. It’s just good, straightforward comfort food without any extra fuss. The fresh iced lemonade was also very refreshing on a hot day.A huge plus here is "The Complete 3-Course Meal" any pasta entree automatically comes with their famous hot sourdough bread, a choice of soup or salad (we upgraded to the Caesar Salad), and spumoni ice cream for dessert. This makes dining here incredibly filling and an excellent value for your money (I've attached a photo of the menu with all the prices). The Verdict: Definitely worth a visit for the unique interior, great photo opportunities, and exceptional service!
