Gracias Madre

I am not vegan and never been to a fancier vegan resturant but they had drinks so I was excited to try it and it's been on my list. Went for Happy Hour on Taco Tuesday and they had plenty of options for food, which I love. Drink specials include $8 margaritas, spicy or regular and $1 more with mazcal. It was perfectly balanced but it was not as spicy, and i like spice. I also tried the sangria and that had great tropical flavor. He said it was peach, pineapple and it tasted refreshing. For food: I got the toasta and it was presented beautiful, but the taste was a bit bland. The taco trio was $7 & looked filling for the amount of food you got. 3 small stteet taco sized but a lot of filling. The $10 Happy Madre Meal included a beer or a fresca and I'm glad I got the fresca. It was delicious. The meal also came with 1 bbq jackfruit slider and Chipotle garlic fries which was a decent size. The service was great and the QR code made it easy to split payment and pay without flagging the server down. The patio filled up quickly, so I suggest you go early to grab a seat and street metered parking. Overall it was a great experience.

Brunch at Gracias Madre was a great experience—everything felt vibrant, flavorful, and thoughtfully put together. The vegan Mexican dishes were rich and satisfying without feeling heavy, from the loaded nachos with creamy sauces and guac to the hearty bowls and burritos packed with beans, rice, veggies, and bold spices. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and the balance of textures and heat was spot on. The relaxed, airy vibe made it perfect for a leisurely brunch, and even as non-vegans, we left genuinely impressed by how comforting and indulgent the food felt.

We were initially going elsewhere but then ended up here by chance instead. Delighted to find this fully vegan Mexican gem. We had the gorditas de chicharron, sweet potato flauntas, fried plantains, tiramisu and a drink of the day based on watermelon. Everything was DELICIOUS especially the gorditas and the service was top notch. Very relaxing as well to sit outside in the garden.

100% Vegan and SO good! 🌱 Seriously, just go eat here — you won’t regret it. The atmosphere is perfect, specially at night and their happy hour prices are amazing. The BBQ jackfruit birria sliders are just heaven! And don’t forget to grab your self a purista margarita-Trust me, you can thank me later 😉

Such a cozy place with amazing atmosphere, brilliant service and most importantly tasty food I ordered Guacamole & Chips, Tacos de Pescado with side salad 😍and pineapple inferno though to my taste cocktail turned out to be a bit strong 🤭
