I recently worked with Salus helping a family member arrange around the clock caregiver services during end of life care. Marcella was extremely patient, and attentive in choosing the caregivers that were a good match. We had a very good experience from start to finish during an extremely difficult time. Highly recommend this company, they very much care about the work and service they are providing!

I used them for home care for a family member for a week. Besides the caregivers being woefully under qualified, the caregiver I had arrived between 15-2 hours late every day. She spent most of her time watching YouTube, laying on my floors and putting her dirty bare feet all over my walls. She sadly became the joke of the qualified employees from the hospice organization. I gave them a week and cut their over priced services free. Communication. With schedule changes were slow and ineffective as well.

When my mother received a terminal diagnosis, she made the decision to begin hospice care. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. As her, daughter, I wanted to make sure she received the best care possible, but navigating everything alone felt impossible. That's when we were referred to Salus, and from the very beginning, they stood out as a cut above the rest. Marcella was an incredible guide-compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. She walked me through every step of the process, making sure I felt supported and informed. The Salus team worked quickly to find the perfect caretakers for my mom. They were not only highly skilled, but also warm, understanding and attentive to her needs. Salus was flexible, accommodating and always put our comfort and peace of mind first. In one of the most difficult times of our lives, they gave my mom dignity, and support. I am deeply grateful to Marcella and the entire team.

I used Salus for caregiving services for about six months for my 92 year old mother upon her discharge from the hospital while she was recovering from a hip fracture and other serious medical conditions. I found the Salus caregivers to be very attentive and compassionate. She became very attached to two outstanding caregivers, in particular. I believe those caregivers were integral to my mother returning to her baseline and eventual independence. The agency was very responsive to any issues that arose in a timely manner. Thankfully, my mother no longer needs caregivers as she is doing very well. Should she ever need caregivers in the future, I would not hesitate to engage Salus for these services.

We had a very good experience with Salus Torrance Homecare when my brother needed full time help after a long hospitalization. Marcella, our representative, met us at the hospital and went through our needs and offered us different possible options for care. The caregivers that were assigned to my brother were excellent—special shout to Winston who went the extra mile everytime he was on shift. I would highly recommend them.

It has been a pleasure to partner with Salus Home Care over the past few years and consider them a great resource to assist patients and families with Home Care services.
