Salus Home Health Care and Home Care services were needed for my dad . Based on great reviews, I called them, and I never looked back. Quincie was absolutely amazing, friendly, and so caring while trying to obtain information and do the initial assessment. Abigail, who is in charge of home care services was also very professional and knowledgeable. Both of them worked on my dad‘s case in a very timely manner and helped us get Services in place quickly thereafter. Nikki, was my dad‘s home health nurse and did an amazing job as well. Thank you all for your dedication to your job as it truly shows the compassion and professionalism you all have.

Salus made what is usually the most stressful part of surgery—coordinating transportation and support—completely effortless. From the very beginning, everything was handled with precision, professionalism, and genuine care. Thank you Quincy, Jennifer and Christine. Christine was especially exceptional—attentive, reassuring, and truly supportive throughout the entire process. I felt completely at ease knowing every detail was being managed so thoughtfully. Salus doesn’t just provide a service—they deliver real peace of mind. The entire experience was seamless, reliable, economical and stress-free. Our family is deeply grateful for the services provided by Salus Homecare during my mother's end of life journey. Quincie was our case manager and first introduction to Salus as well as the homecare process. She was very efficient and knowledgeable in setting up a care plan that worked for our household. She also provided support along the way with helpful tips, as did all of the caregivers they provided (especially Vilma). Jennifer was our other contact for scheduling. I found Jennifer to be very compassionate and responsive. I was always happy to communicate with her. I also had the opportunity to communicate with the afterhours staff and was pleasantly surprised with the service provided. I cannot say enough about my experience with Salus and have already recommended them to other families in this situation.

On May 3rd, my sister was placed on hospice care quickly because of Salus’s fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring nurses that were sent to help her and her family. Thank goodness they work weekends! Nurse Jenna, assessed my sister with kindness and compassion on Sunday afternoon and had medical equipment delivered to my home immediately as I was caring for my sister and even ordered a transport ambulance to bring her to my home because she knew my sister couldn’t make it by car. Lobi, my sister’s, in-home hospice nurse was truly amazing, kindhearted, compassionate and caring. She was an angel who provided us with such loving care for my sister. She was so gentle and loving that we felt she was a part of our family. My sister had hospice care from Salus starting Sunday afternoon - Wednesday afternoon until she passed. Due to Salus and their amazing nurses, and pharmacy/delivery service they made such a hard and difficult time of losing my sister so quickly a little less harder. My sister’s children and I are truly grateful to Salus Hospice and their amazing team! Thank you Jena and Lobi!

She made a heartbreaking process so much easier by taking the time to answer every question, explain what to expect, and ensure we felt supported from day one. Her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion immediately gave us confidence that my mother-in-law was in the best hands. As my mother-in-law’s condition declined, Salus arranged for continuous care, and we were blessed to have Victoria as her RN. Victoria is truly one of the most compassionate nurses we have ever met. She cared for my mother-in-law with such tenderness, dignity, and respect while making sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and calm, and she also cared deeply for our entire family. During some of the hardest moments of our lives, Victoria became a source of comfort, strength, and reassurance that we will never forget. We also want to recognize sweet Geraldine, whose kindness touched our hearts. She always greeted us with warmth, treated our family with genuine compassion, and brought a sense of peace during an incredibly painful time. Her gentle spirit and caring nature made a lasting impact on all of us. Hospice is never a journey anyone wants to take, but Salus Hospice made sure my mother-in-law spent her final days surrounded by comfort, dignity, and love. Every member of their team treated her as if she were their own family, and for that we will be forever thankful. Thank you, Maria, Victoria, Geraldine, and the entire Salus Hospice team. You gave our family the greatest gift during an unimaginable time: the ability to focus on loving our mother-in-law while knowing she was receiving exceptional care.
