I am going on a cruise that my husband and we’re going to go on together. Unfortunately he passed. But now I am going with my sister and friends. As I was reading all the Princess Cruise information, I saw they had burials at sea. So I asked about it and they said all I needed was a biodegradable/soluble urn. I looked online and found In the Light Urns. I wanted a "pillow" urn because it floats for a little bit. So I ordered in and I love it! Great company, efficient, and friendly. Quality is excellent too! I’d gibe 10 stars if I could!!!!

I cannot say enough about my excellent experience with this company. Sydney, the engravers, and the team went beyond expectations to make my memory eternal for my husband. The urn I choose reflected him so perfectly and they made sure I was happy with it. His urn arrived carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. Thank you In The Light Urns for making this difficult time a little easier.

EDIT: If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! After my original review, they reached out multiple times leaving messages, emails and texts. They wanted to replace the order, to which I agreed. However, they would not do so unless I changed my review to five stars *first* as per their policy. I told them that I would not be bullied into changing my review before I got new urns, which is pretty standard. They like to bully their customers and don't actually care about making a wrong right, all they care about is their rating. Given the nature of the products they sell, I would say this is very cold and heartless and they are in the wrong business. I have all the screenshots of this conversation. After I told them to just issue a refund instead, they ghosted me. I followed up again, and nothing. Whatever you do, pleae do not support a company that does this to their customers. Absolutely no respect and dignity. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very disappointed in the two urns I ordered, very cheaply made. One already has a paint chip and the other came damaged. I paid nearly $190 CAN for two small urns - for the urns, delivery and import fees to Canada. Do not waste your money, just order from Amazon and get a $15 product and free delivery.

I've ordered 2 different urns and they were both just perfect. They made sure they got to me in plenty of time. It has been such a pleasure to get something so meaningful in my time of grief. There response to my concerns were immediate and the customer service has been excellent! I will continue to do business with them, they have so many personal options. In The light urns, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Pictures are the first urn I ordered.

I just received my father's 14k heart charm urn. It's beautiful.. Now I can have him with me all the time! I bought 30" 14k diamond cut rope necklace, it hangs perfectly. The engraving looks amazing as well. Thank you!
