Tina has been extraordinarily helpful in the process of selecting locations, setting up the services and designing the memorial plaques. There are so many options available and we are very pleased with what we ultimately chose. I felt that the pricing options were competitive with other options. The day of service and urn placement was very emotional, and the staff was so kind and compassionate. I felt very cared for.

They took very good care of my parents. It's a very beautiful place. Caring, attentive staff. But, when I visited my parent's graves two years ago I was unable to find the restroom. I even called the office and got no answer. I would really appreciate it if you would post large, clear signs pointing to the restrooms. Thank you

Unfortunately finding the correct person to assist at Lakewood Memorial is key, the first person was unresponsive and did not return calls when promised. Once I began working with Tina, the process was much more smooth. Tina was caring, returned calls when promised - even to tell me she was still working on it. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained as are the crypts. It is a beautiful final resting spot for my parents

Lakewood has the absolute WORST customer service and show a total lack of compassion when it comes to follow through and care about the wishes of loved ones. For 20 years my Father in Law worked closely with the cemetery and the veterans association to ensure EVERY veteran was honored on Memorial Day with crosses and flags placed at the final resting place of each veteran yet for the two years since his passing he has received NOTHING, even after the family has voiced concern.. This year we also paid almost $800 for one of their large flags to be flying in his honor, yet there was NOTHING except a little white marker identifying where his flag should have been... AGAIN we spoke to an employee of the cemetery, who remembered my father in law yet did absolutely nothing to resolve this situation. DISGUSTING is the only word I can think of to describe this situation... Absolutely DISGUSTING !!

Roberta, Jerry, and Reggie were truly exceptional. They carried themselves with such poise and compassion, and their professionalism and people skills made a difficult time much easier for our family. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my grandfather’s service was handled with care. Roberta, in particular, made me feel truly seen and understood. She took special care in keeping our family photos beautifully displayed and treated them with such respect—it meant more than I can say. Jerry was there for us every step of the way. He kept us informed, gently guided us through each part of the process, and helped us keep moving forward. He is truly a beautiful soul. Reggie even took the time to locate the plots of our great-grandfather and great-grandmother and personally guided us there, which meant more to us than I can express. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. They helped turn an incredibly painful experience into something meaningful and comforting. I am deeply grateful to know that people like them still exist. Thank you all for your kindness, dedication, and the beautiful way you support families during such important moments. My grandfather was Fred A. Sherman R.I.P.

Lakewood has been great to our family time after time. Always there to help. They treat you with total respect and have your back through the whole process. I have a lot of family that have been laid to rest at Lakewood and there has never been a bad experience. The end of a family members life is never an easy experience never but the folks at Lakewood will stand by you and your family and get you through it 100%.

They have amazing plans that cover everything from wardrobe to catering,transportation of family,transportation of deceased if say out of state,they file all paperwork .....plus so much more!!! Great piece of mind knowing all your final requests will be followed and your family does not have to deal with it all and can just grieve or celebrate!!! check them out,they will come to you,or you can go to them,get info with no pressure!!! They offer coverage and guarantee's that no one else has!!!
