Brooks Pest Control

Very fast response time when called for service. My tech Renne offered plenty of information regarding my pest problem. Brooks pest control is an effective, cost-conscious way to go!

Richard was amazing! We've been dealing with a huge ant problem for over a year, and with our two-month-old baby at home, I was especially concerned about having the inside of the house treated. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to explain that the solution he was using was safe and simply advised us to keep our baby away from the treated areas for about an hour, which gave me so much peace of mind. He thoroughly treated our entire home, both inside and out, and was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole visit. It's clear he cares about doing the job right and making his customers feel comfortable. I highly recommend Brooks Pest Control.

My online request for a scheduled visit was responded to very quickly. Tyler was very personable and helpful in arranging a date/time for a technician to visit my home. My technician, Autumn, and her trainee Andrew(?) were very friendly and explained in detail before beginning what the process would be to treat our ant issue. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician, Robert V., did an exceptional job explaining exactly what he was doing and why he used two products to tackle our ant issue. He explained how the ants react and their motivation for entering the home at specific locations. He was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable about pest control. We’ve used Brooks Pest control since moving to CA and they’ve done a great job, but Robert was a standout because of his experience and knowledge.

I believe my service man’s name is Colin! He is the very best! The customer service person did not tell me I had to leave the house for an hour in order to spray inside. I am elderly and was not prepared to get my cat and leave the house and my housekeeper is here today to clean. But Colin was so thorough and intent on helping me. He came up with great solutions to stop the invasion of ants. I may still have you come again and spray inside. Colin gets 5 stars.
