Joshua's Pest Control

Lorenzo was great! He came to my home and took the time to meet my family and interact with my dogs so they could become comfortable with him being on the property. I really appreciated that extra effort it showed that he genuinely cares about making both the customer and their pets feel at ease. Lorenzo communicated very well, was friendly and professional, and made a great impression on my entire family. We all liked him and feel very comfortable having him on our property. Excellent customer service.

We had the pleasure of Isiah who came out to our house to take care of our pest problem. First impressions are big and what most stood out is how professional he was throughout the treatment process. The uniform didn’t hurt. Always courteous, always patient (I tend to ask questions and he answered them succinctly but fully), he went about his business with an efficient thoroughness that makes me think we chose correctly in choosing Joshua Pest Control. Isiah is a great representative of what a pest control could and should be, getting a job well done while offering a level of customer service usually associated with a high end restaurant. Would highly recommend.

I have been a client of Joshua’s Pest Control for many years, and employees like Leo are exactly what make this company great. Leo did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very well-mannered. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explain what he was doing, and answer my questions clearly. I really appreciated how careful and detail-oriented he was throughout the service. He did not rush the job, and he made sure everything was handled properly. Leo was respectful, personable, and a true gentleman. It is always refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company so well. I highly recommend Leo and Joshua’s Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, professional pest control service.

We had a great experience with Joshua’s Pest Patrol! A big thank you to the insulation team: Marcus, Graeme, Rob, and Chris for their hard work and dedication. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job installing insulation in our attic. We truly appreciate the care and effort they put into their work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Joshua's Pest Control today. James B. and Taylor S. did the treatment and made sure everything was covered safely and completely. They were polite, answered my questions, and did a very clean job. Happy to leave a 5-star review for both of them.

Excellent service from Jordan today. He took the time to explain what he was doing to treat the exterior of our house for ants including the foundation. The service was covered under our warranty with Joshua since we have a contract for regular quarterly service. I recommend doing that so you can call them whenever you need help with pests.

Alvin from Joshua’s Pest Control did an outstanding job! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the treatment was done thoroughly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service really stood out. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Alvin to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and top-quality pest control service. Thank you for an amazing experience!
