I love this bike. Fun to ride. Well built. Setup well to be updated and customized if needed or wanted. Had a shipping problem where box was damaged leading to rear wheel/spoke damage. I emailed Lina on a Thursday night and had a new rear wheel by Tuesday. I have 200 miles on the bike and excited for more and more

Buyer Beware. If you want out of stock replacement parts and poor non-responsive customer service, buy a Luna bike. There are other companies out there that do a much better job at servicing their existing customers. Luna is not one of them.

I've only had this bike 4 months and I already have 700 miles on it! It has it all; plenty of power, and suspension to handle the roughest of terrain. I look forward to every ride!

So far I love this bike. I don't get to ride as much due to the area I live in, but it's amazing. Eddie was great on the day of purchase. Morphy from support was great answering questions after the purchase and their tech is great. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Luna Cycle is a great organization, with prompt customer service and reliable ebike guidance. Myself and my friend have ordered from them for years, and have had great experiences with them. I recently purchased the Talaria MX5 from Luna Cycle, and received it in about 6 days (Cali to PA). Their YouTube videos have been great for putting the bike together and getting specific guidance on various aspects (cleaning, oil change, etc). And right out the box, I took the MX5 into very harsh, very loose-and-rocky Pennsylvania terrain and it performed beautifully. I really should’ve double checked all the nuts and bolts before taking it to this particular location, because it was pretty remote, but the bike was awesome. I weigh 213 and it carried me swiftly, quickly, and quietly up a ridiculously tough trail, then an easy 20 miles of riding rough stuff, and still had about 40% battery at the end of the day. I’m stoked.
