Great quality meats! The Australian Wagyu ranchera was amazing, and the Prime Grade arrachera was incredibly tender and delicious — both the marinated and non-marinated options. Definitely the best place in the Valley to shop for carne asada. Highly recommend!

I went out of my way and made the drive here because of all the hype surrounding this place. Based on the reviews , I expected a higher quality of meat. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. They seem to have a practice of not giving customers the meat displayed in the case. I ordered Tasajo, and instead of taking the cuts I pointed to, the guy went to the back and grabbed something else. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but once I got home and started preparing it, I realized the problem. As shown in the photo, the meat I received had a large amount of hard, fatty tissue. The Tasajo in the display case had beautiful marbling and looked far superior to what I was actually given. For the quality and the price, you might as well go to your local Ralphs — the meat I received didn’t match the hype at all. I’m left disappointed. I’m willing to give them another shot, but next time I’ll insist on receiving the exact cut I select from the case. If not, I’ll take my business elsewhere. To the owners: don’t get blinded by your own hype. Pay attention to what’s happening at the counter and take care of your customers. Otherwise, your business will eventually suffer and fail.

My brother got some meat from here and he was swearing it was the best. I didn’t believe him until I tried it! The meat was so tender and juicy. I was blown away! No my family is now asking to get the meat here!!! Will definitely be coming here!!!

To the owner of this shop. Grrat job. The product is good. Dont get me wrong I love the quality, but the service is too slow. Only 2 or 3 guys taking orders from customers on. Saturday noon. Should have more at least on the weekends. Also noticed the guy touched chicken and didn't change his gloves afterwards and grabbed ground beef. That's a big No-No.

The meat is delicious!! The price is justified for how good the quality of everything. The place is nice and clean which is a plus! We will now be coming back to get our meat every week

For sure ill be coming back. ! Thank u guys. ! The prices are amazing ! They took my wagyu virginity away. ! Lol thank u guys !

The first thing I noticed was the modern design, clean organized and well lit displays. Customer service was on point, friendly and answered all of my questions . Great selection of meats, chicken and pork products. Definitely worth it be back soon!
