AT&T Store

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with multiple employees. Experiences that have ended up costing me a lot of my time and money. There are maybe 1 or 2 reps that have been very helpful, but other than that everybody else in that store does not respect your time and they all hang around a desk and talk while customers are waiting to be helped.

I would have given 5 stars. The AT&T Associate was great, but when I went to trade in my phone worth about $750 AT&T would only offer $100 because I am on a lower cost Senior plan. Really doesn't seem fair does it.

I came into the store on the first or second of this month, March. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but they did not have it in stock so I agreed to pay for it on the spot and wait for it to come in the mail when it came in the mail. It was completely the wrong phone. I took it back to the store. They said the girl that helped me was new so she didn’t know what she was doing. They couldn’t exchanged it nor would they give me a refund they said that I would have to call AT&T in the morning and go through the system and have me send it back and that they would send me the right one it has been almost 2 weeks today is 11 March and I still don’t have my phone. This is a huge disappointment in such an inconvenience I work and go to school. The reason why I wanted to upgrade my phone is because the phone I have now doesn’t charge all the time and the battery runs dead very fast. I’m paying for a service that I can’t even use and I paid for a phone that I don’t even have. Nobody from the store has even followed up with me to see that I was taken care of nor did they offer anything for the inconvenience this is so frustrating. I thought AT&T was the best. I just want the phone that I paid for and a privacy screen protector would be nice

Bought a brand new phone. The new phone did not take calls for a good ten hours a day, customer service was not sure and they said my voicemail could not be set up either. Took the phone in and I was told, "the phone just came out, it needs to work out the glitches" glitches??? It doesn’t ring 11 hours out of the day. Oh, and he also said my phone probably isn’t in a good service area. They just wanted me gone. I called two days later after we missed all of my dad’s calls for his doctors appointments, to ask WHAT DO I DO? This phone does not work and he said you need to come in. I said I was just there and they sent me away. This is absolutely awful. Don’t go there.

Kevin did a great job, was very knowledgeable and thorough with what I needed done. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you.
