AT&T Store

I needed to transfer over from an old phone to a new phone and ended up at the Tulare and First store. When I walked in I was immediately greeted within seconds. Since I technically was not buying anything from them, I was thinking that they were just going to spend a few minutes with me and then send me home to do the rest of the work but the customer service rep there was absolutely amazing! Jeimy walked me through what needed to be done, gave me thorough instructions, and made sure that the everything worked before I left the store. She was kind, not pushy or distracted, and very pleasant to work with, kudos to her and that store!

My experience at this store was phenomenal. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and helpful with pricing and product recommendations. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It was clear they genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning!

Never have I had an amazing experience at an ATT store until I came to this one. Ariel was the young lady that approached me and my mother she was very kind very knowledgeable and very respectful especially to all the Spanish interruptions my mother had. I truly appreciate her kindness. She held a smile through the entire process. She knew the answers to all of my questions. I cannot wait to go back in a few days and finish my purchase with her assistance. I was going to switch carrier services but after speaking with her and allowing her to explain detail by detail without forcing it onto us she managed to keep me very happy. Thank you Ariel. You deserve a raise. Appreciate you.

I went in to get help with my dads phone, we were helped by Christian, he was so patient, and helpful. He tried to resolve our issue, before just getting to selling us a new phone which i appreciate

Me and my mom went to go get my phone line transferred from one phone to another new phone. we arrived to the store at 12pm and didnt receive assistance until 12:45. When we initially walked in, there were four employees but they all went to their lunch break before assisting us! The ONLY reason we were assisted was because one of the employees in the back got bored, and decided to come out to see if anyone needed any extra help. 5 stars to Danny for noticing this and being super friendly!! one star to everyone else who saw us and never attended us.

Joshua was very helpful. Loved the customer service. He was very communicative of what i was signing up for . All staff is full of friendly employees and willing to help. I would recommend this store.

I really appreciate the professionalism & attentiveness Edith V gave myself & my son I have been to multiple local AT&T stores and never have been treated this well .. She seriously made this transaction so amazing! Keep her give her a promotion for a being super employee who honestly in my opinion was the only person there who made us feel welcomed.
