We had such a good experience working with Edwin to be more specific the one with the mullet and cute flower nails. He was the sweetest and most kindest person I’ve met here. He helped me set up my new phone and explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. Great customer service and an amazing person. ☺️🥳 he even wished me a happy birthday love him

During my recent visit, Juan provided exceptional assistance throughout the process. I had previously been working with Alondra, who is also highly competent and personable. Although Alondra was unavailable on the day of my visit, Juan graciously stepped in to assist me. His professionalism, expertise, and understanding of my requirements were greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Juan to prospective clients.

I needed cost effective and reliable internet service. I only waited a few minutes before Carlos sat down with me. Carlos was amazing. He understood what I wanted. Provided options and explained carefully each plan. He was knowledgeable, articulate, kind, patient and extremely easy to talk too. His customer service skills were outstanding. Every question was answered and every step of the process explained. He is like the friend you didn't know you had. You need more reps like Carlos!

I walked into the store to make a payment using the kiosk, but it was out of service. I politely asked the manager, Tommy, if he could help me process the payment. Instead of offering assistance, I was treated with complete disrespect. He demanded that I leave the store in front of everyone and said, "I won't let anybody help you, and you need to leave." I've never been treated so poorly by a business. It's shocking that a company of this size would allow someone with such unprofessional behavior and such poor customer service skills to represent them as a manager. This was an embarrassing for AT&T and completely unacceptable experience.

Person that helped us in office was nice and very knowledgeable. But she referred us to another business that would come to our house and fix our phone waited seven hours and those people never showed up and I have a confirmation number for them. Never even got a call, sat around all day, waiting for him very disappointed.
