Unfortunately, it went into have my OEM screen repaired on iPhone 16 Pro. To repair was quick however the screen was not an OLED and soon developed the line down the middle. When I asked to have it repaired he said it was damaged your pictures of his "" physical damage that he saw on the screen. Proceed at your own risk will not warranty any of his service.

I took my phone to RepairAll Clovis on a Saturday and by Tuesday it still wasn’t fixed. I called multiple times every day and no one ever answered. When I went in, the woman at the front was not helpful at all — she was on the phone registering her kid for school while customers waited, was super rude, and clearly didn’t know anything about phones. When I finally got my phone back, it was handed to me in pieces. I had to return three different times because parts were missing, they kept my SIM card, gave me a wrong replacement, the back glass was missing, and they even failed to return my phone case. Every time I called to check if it was ready, I got no answer. Why would a phone repair shop be open if the people working there don’t know phones, refuse to answer calls, and provide terrible customer service? The front‑desk woman kept saying she was "filing in for her husband" — totally unacceptable when customers are waiting. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was easily the worst repair experience ever. ⭐ I did finally get my phone fixed quickly elsewhere — I took it to CellFix (Fresno) and they repaired it within 1 hour with great service and professionalism. Highly recommended if you want reliable, fast repairs.

Drop off my phone The owner said it would be ready in a day. Two weeks went by I was calling him every day. He kept saying come back tomorrow. This was the owner. The phone just needed a he claimed it needed. A new battery kept saying the battery would be in the next day went by and nothing. gave me a government loaner loan claim to put my SIM card in there, but lost my SIM card that he gave me didn’t even work after I got super frustrated and confronted him, he called the police on me him and his wife not only is he scamming customers he is scamming the Government selling them customers this is a terrible place. Please save yourself. A headache has do not go there. They do not know what they’re doing or how to repair cell phones him and his wife were some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered terrible business terrible service please I do not waste your time with this terrible they asked for payment upfront so I paid it and when I asked him for a refund with the police, he tried to give me a change

Greg did an excellent job replacing the battery in my iPhone 13, and did so in less than 30 minutes, while I waited. Great price, and quick service. The screen of the phone was bulging up on one side, and I was concerned that the battery was swelling. After he repaired the phone, he showed me the old battery that was clearly puffed up. Glad I got it replaced before it exploded and ruined the phone. Now it's like new again. Thanks for the great service!

We were referred to repair all by the Verizon store to do a reset on an IPad. She was extremely helpful when I explained that we were 2 hours from home. She had us fixed in 30 minutes. We couldn’t have found better service anywhere.
