I'm the type of person who always shops around before making a decision, especially when it comes to my computer. Somehow, I always end up coming back here. Their prices are fair, but more importantly, I trust them. They've always been transparent and communicative about my device, explaining what's going on and giving me the best options without making me feel pressured. It's hard to find businesses that are both knowledgeable and genuinely honest. They're also just good people, which makes supporting them even easier. I'm especially happy they opened a location in Reedley since it's so much closer to my work. I'll definitely keep bringing my business here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

I dropped off my MacBook Air on January 20th due to water damage, and they told me it would take one or maybe two weeks latest. Two weeks passed and I received no updates so I call and they said it would be done within a week and they would update me. That week passed and still nothing or updates. I called again to ask for the status on my MacBook and they said their "master tech" was working on it and they would update me shortly. I received no updates whatsoever so I called and they said they would need 2-3 days more… a week passed so I called again and they said they would call his master tech and they would update me that same day. They didn’t call me or anything so I called last week and asked them how my laptop was and they put me on hold and then they told me their master wasn’t able to do anything but he was going to be trying more things but I told them I needed my MacBook back and they said it would be 1-4 days to get delivered. I called the next day and they said "oh yeah it’s here" I picked it up February 20th. Their master said it was a "no go" it took 1 month just for him to say that. If I could I would rate 0 stars. -No communication at all -Lack of interest to be honest

Went to get a MacBook Battery replaced. They let me know it'll be 3-5 days for battery to be delivered. Called on Friday to receive an update they said it'd be there for sure Saturday. Called again they said Monday. One week later, didn't receive a call so I called on Monday around 1/2pm they said "oh yea we received battery you can bring it in tomorrow" Next day brought laptop in came back about 3/4 hours later. They did let me know it had some problems and it should turn on and it works but no warranty will be given, I thought oh ok that's fine. Got home connected the laptop to charge and attempted to turned it on it started restarting and it started turning different colors when on the apple screen, didn't let me log in or nothing and kept turning off. They did let me know it'll was "turning on". I was informed by other place two nails were screwed improperly which did damage the laptop more then it was. $150 were wasted. They couldn’t just told me the truth when they attempted to turn it on the first time instead of lying to me. Wouldn’t recommend place due to lack of communication and cost.

I went to replace my screen because it was cracked and the screen they put on glitched wouldn’t let me type or open my Home Screen and they kept saying it was because I was probably putting pressure on my phone so I took it back and they replaced it again with "an apple screen" and same thing my screen did not want to work so after a few days thinking maybe because they just replaced it so it’ll probably glitch a bit and go away but it didn’t so I called them and they said I had a warranty and when I went in they said they can’t replace it all because it had micro scratches on the screen smh isn’t a warranty still supposed to cover the screen either way???! Wouldn’t recommend

They replaced my iPhone 15 pro max with a new battery in less than an hour and it’s working fine so far like it should 2 weeks later. I highly recommend them
