Walmart Supercenter

Staff was friendly. Store clean. It's not much of a super center though. Everything is in small amounts, not many choices and since when doesn't a store(especially a Walmart) not have tap to pay? And it's not posted so when you get to the register with all your stuff and they ring you up and go to pay if all you have is tap to pay with your phone, well you end up feeling stupid for the world to see.

It would be nice not to hear employees talking trash on other employees and cursing. Their are kids in the store. Maybe offer assistance to some of the guest in the store instead of being rude and talking amongst yourselves. Acknowledge your guest. Not hard.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Walmart really pushed my patience. The store felt chaotic from the moment I walked in. Shelves were half‑empty, products were scattered everywhere, and it was almost impossible to find basic items. It didn’t help that several aisles were blocked with carts and boxes, like the staff were restocking without any regard for customers trying to shop. Customer service wasn’t much better. I waited far too long at checkout because only a couple of lanes were open, and the self‑checkout machines kept freezing. When I finally got help, the employee seemed annoyed rather than interested in solving the issue. Overall, the whole visit felt stressful and poorly managed. I expect better from a store this size, and I definitely won’t be rushing back

This is the second time I’ve ordered a cake/cupcake in advance and they keep messing up my order. The first cake was for my father’s birthday and it came out so bad we got a discount because of it. This time around we ordered Mario themed cupcakes for my nephew’s 7th birthday and they left them plain white because it supposedly said that’s how we wanted them even though I specifically told the lady the design I wanted, she wrote it down and everything. Now they’re saying they can only put rings on them since the cake decorator had already left for the day and didn’t complete the order correctly . This is extremely not okay and very in professional. Don’t order cakes here.
