This place is CROOKED! The Living Spaces synchrony credit card is a scam. They will set you up with the 2-year no interest credit limit, saying they will set you with the lowest payment each month and that it’ll be paid off by the time the two years roll around so there will be no interest. Well, here it is 2 years later, and I have an extra 1000 dollar charge for interest. Not only that, it also put a ding on my credit. These people are thieves and liars! They are cheap salesman that will do anything to get that sale. I will no longer give these people business and I urge everyone who was interested in this place to avoid it all all cost! It’s hard enough to get groceries and pay bills, now people have to worry about snakes in the grass like this!

Always attended to and the workers always gave more information about each item so we didn’t even have to ask the questions!! Told us everything we needed to know, very great customer service. Jesus helped us out and he was great!

We visited the Rancho Cucamonga location this evening looking for a bunk bed set for my two youngest sons, and there were plenty to choose from! We were greeted with smiles by just about every employee that noticed us come in. The store was very clean and organized, and they even had a large play area for shoppers with children which was not there the last time I visited this location. We were assisted by Laila who carried herself in a professional manner and was knowledgeable about what we had come in for. She offered us all cold drinks, was very patient and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything, which was appreciated. We chose and purchased a solid & sturdy full/twin set with 3 large under bed storage drawers and ladder along with bunkie boards for a reasonable price. I applied for their financing and was approved, so I opted to have the bed delivered and assembled in my home. I purchased my couch and dining room table from this location in 2017 and was just as pleased then as I was today with the overall experience in this store. Thank you Ms. Laila for putting up with us and our humor, and laughing along with us while we were there. I look forward to seeing you in the future when I return for a new mattress for my bed. Also thank you to all of the other employees that helped us feel comfortable and welcomed.

This was our first visit to Living Spaces after checking out several other furniture stores, and we were immediately impressed. We were warmly greeted by Chasity, who guided us through the sofa section and took the time to explain all of our options. The store had one of the best selections of sectionals we’ve seen, and while it was a tough decision, Chasity’s knowledge and guidance made the process easy. We truly appreciated her natural approach and the great energy she brings to the team. We’ll definitely be back soon to furnish our new place.

AVOID the Living Spaces Care Free Plan unless you like jumping through hoops to use it. I purchased a $105 Care Free Plan because of its «Win-Win» benefit, which promised that if I never filed a claim, I could apply the cost of the plan toward a future purchase. When I tried to redeem it five years later, Living Spaces admitted they had no record of sending the certificate that contained the terms and conditions. They then informed me that additional purchase requirements applied—requirements that had never been disclosed to me. A benefit advertised as «Win-Win» shouldn’t require customers to spend more money just to access the value they already paid for. Very disappointing customer service experience.

They were so helpful from I walked in the door. I got financing in 5 mins and the process was super easy. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and loved that everything I needed was in stock. All around great experience.

Will definitely come back, best customer treatment, best furniture, good prices, first time I ever visited and I gotta say that is my favorite furniture store so far. My wife and I bought a couch and we love it! And our cats love it too!

I ordered a Bonaterra sofa online, but it turned out to be too big to fit through my apartment door. The delivery team was incredibly kind and immediately contacted the company for me. I got a call right away and was advised to visit the nearest store for help choosing a better fit. The operator told me my credit would be under my name and phone number in the computer system. I drove to the Oakridge Mall location and was blown away by how big the showroom is. A salesperson helped me look up my order and walked me through several options that would fit my doorway and match my style. I chose the Basil modular sectional sofa. It has a left arm love seat, a corner seat, a single chair, and a right arm love seat completing an L shape sectional sofa with 6 seats. Because of the 4 pieces it will easily fit in my place, unlike the the other one which was 2 pieces. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. My new sofa arrives soon, but I’m already impressed. Living Spaces made what could have been a stressful mistake into a great shopping experience. Highly recommend this store for their selection and amazing customer service.

Not ever going to buy anything from this company again. They sell you cheap materials and warranties to cover cuts and tears and when you file a claim they say that’s not covered. And that’s the end. Please do not purchase their scam-like warranty and expect their products to wear out quickly because let’s face it, they’re cheap. Edit: I have tried to reach out to customer support multiple times for help. They refused to do anything and that’s why I have decided to tell this story to help other people avoid experience such an experience

The Living Spaces at Oakridge Mall is one of the most well-presented furniture locations I’ve visited. The store is fully stocked with a wide range of sofas, sectionals, loveseats, and décor pieces, all arranged in a way that makes it really easy to visualize how they’d look at home. Everything is clean, organized, and displayed with intention. I actually came in hunting for a specific sectional I used to own—the kind of couch you never forget because it’s that comfortable and the modular layout options are incredible. They still carry it, and seeing it again reminded me exactly why I want to repurchase it. I haven’t placed the order yet, but it’s definitely on my list. If you’re shopping for living room furniture and want plenty of styles to test out in person, this location is absolutely worth the visit. We’d been looking for a mattress for a year. After going to multiple locations and scouring online, we decided to return to Living Spaces to make our purchase due to the offerings and the customer service. We really appreciated the help from Fernando and Lilian. Fernando helped us during the first two visits and Lilian helped us yesterday, when we finally made our decision to purchase a mattress. The process was easy, we felt comfortable, and all of our many questions were answered with great detail and patience. We were able to make our purchase before the same-day delivery window, and received our mattress roughly four hours later. Richard, our delivery person, and his colleague were also pleasant to work with. They were professional, courteous, and quick to take away, and bring in the new mattress. Overall, a great experience with Living Space through our interactions with Fernando, Lilian, and Richard.

Weird location but worth the stop! Its a giant warehouse building with a decent selection. We were greates by Shamus and he was very nice and professional. He told us straight up theyre not commissioned which MAN is that nice to hear at a furniture store!! They let us browse around without hounding us. Answered any questions we had and were very helpful when we needed them. We took some pictures and some measurements and told him we’d like to go home and use CHAT GPT to see how it all looks and fits into our space and he was really cool about it. He was actually about to suggest we do that as I said it. So thats exactly what we did. An hour later we called him up and were able to place our order with him over the phone. We got emailed a link to pay and it was as easy as that. 3 days later we got our new couches delivered. Easy to assemble. Did it myself with my small children joining in.

The location can be a little tricky to find, definitely recommend looking at the map before driving down there. The signs indicating where to go to find the store portion can be easily missed after dark. It is their warehouse for the most part, but they have sectioned off a decent chunk of the building for a showroom. More of an outlet, then the normal storefronts. They have a large selection of furniture and a nice array of decorative accessories to choose from. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We have limited space because of how our living room is layed out. After we explained we were taken to couches we could configure to our needs, its perfect! The prices are reasonable and the product is really nice. I highly recommend this location. Update: Look at these beauties. Arrived today, so comfortable. We had a small issue that led to a bit of a delay in delivery, I wont bore you with the details, but I felt it important to say, I have never been happier with the customer service I received to rectify the issue. When we hit a snag that literally has nothing to do with us as customers, it is refreshing to be treated the way I was by this manager. She worked like crazy to get the situation dealt with as promptly as possible. I hope her superiors see this and check into it. She is an amazing employee.

It’s super small compare with what you see outside. It’s a wherehouse and a small showroom. Not a lot of options and not a really good prices. Seems like regular prices from any living spaces.

I walked in and was greeted right away with a smile. I was looking for a couch on a budget and walked around for roughly 5-10 minutes until I found the one. During that time, I wasn’t followed or chased down to see if I was going to buy something; instead, I was able to leisurely walk around at my own pace. Once I found the couch, a wonderful store associate was within distance for her to acknowledge me and come talk with me. She educated me on the different options of purchasing the couch and the colors I can choose from. We settled on the best option for me and I was very happy. During my interaction with her, she was very professional, energetic and fun to have a conversation with and joke around. I was also introduced to the gentleman in the back corner who wonderfully assisted me with my finance options. I walked out feeling great, happy, like I was important, and with a couch (being delivered) and a large beautiful picture. Everyone I interacted with at Bobs, made me feel like I mattered.

I had a issue with the goof protection plan not honoring a full credit on my sectional I purchased that was damaged. I spoke with the manager Jordan and completely understood my frustrations. He made things right with us and the sales associate that helped us when we came in did a great job with helping us. They completely restored my faith in Bob’s discount furniture. Great job team.

So we were shopping for a couch. Prior to arriving at Bob’s, we had already been to at least 7 other furniture stores. We have heard mixed things about Bobs, but we decided to give it a try. And let me just say that if we hadn’t been to bobs, we would have settled for a couch that we didn’t really even like… we walked into bobs not knowing what to expect, and thought it would be just like every other furniture store we had already been to, but guess what? We walked out with a couch we absolutely LOVED!!!! It was everything we were looking for in a couch! It was roomy, comfortable! The sales man Frank, was absolutely wonderful! Bobs is basically a build you own couch kind of place! Thank you Mr Frank! We love our new couch!!!

We entered the store to be greeted by Bryan who asked us very casually what brought us to the store. We told him what we wanted and he walked us through every option in the type of furniture we said we wanted. He showed us 4 sets, we chose one of them. He gave is a breakdown of the costs (manual vs electric recliners), delivery options (drop off vs set up) and warranty coverage. We were then met by a manager to make sure we were happy with our choice and he verified shipping and other information. Bryan then finalized the purchase and offered us snacks (coffee, cookies, candy, ice cream) which made the kids very happy while we waited. We got a delivery date 3 days from this day, he explained how it would go (window, and what to look for so if we weren’t happy, we would tell the delivery people on the spot). He confirmed the sofas would come in boxes which makes me feel better about the possibility of bug transfer (ya never know). He even walked us through the scenario that if we utilized our warranty after our furniture was no longer offered as replacement, that Bob’s would replace it with an equal value set. That is some serious peace of mind. We haven’t had them delivered yet, I will add more once that happens. We had gone to Ashley’s just before Bob’s and we’re ignored and when we tracked someone down, they told us to use the website to pick our furniture and then come back to order it. They had zero manual recliner sets, I presume because they are less expensive. We will return to Bob’s for chairs in the near future.

They have options to choose from you can make your own custom couch. I love the corduroy black one I put in the photo. For my own house, I ordered the LED weather reclining set. It came with speakers and USB charging and it has zero gravity reclining. When people come to my house, they sit on this and they are in shock. How good of the quality is while I was there. I picked up this pink vanity. They had it sold out and they Drove out the same day to the company to go get it for me The delivery team Was giving good service they were giving everything. Such nice young man delivering, they brought it up three stories for me and assembled everything within 30 minutes. Usually, when I have people or companies come out to assemble, they take hours they did it also fast with the drills I was in shock definitely will be coming back here again, my Bestie Juanita got me correct. From the time I walked into the door of Vivian’s quality furniture Victor was very helpful and worked very hard to get financed and he did just that. I originally ordered a bed frame and mattresses but someone Else had already purchased it for my daughter so a few days after ordering I called victor and asked him if it was too late to change my mind and get the couch that I really wanted, he said no I got you I can do it for you with no problem. And even got a sooner delivery. From that day he gave me a confirmed date and time. On the day of delivery I got a call around 10:30 from the delivery driver (Dylan) that he would be here within the hour which was not my delivery time . Dylan communicated every step of the way until he got here to deliver. He was very careful and overall has very good customer service . I will definitely purchase from them again in the near future.

We were not made to feel pressure but we were asked questions about the functional needs of our family. We found a sectional that we really liked. During the process of the sale we were given finance options as well as flexibility with our financial needs. This is my first visit to Ashely’s and it was a very positive experience.

What made me shop there more than once ! Is the quality of their furniture. I was very impress. Their pricing is about 15-20% cheaper also; but what won me over was the quality . I purchased a bedroom set and paid for delivery and assembly over a month ago, and I am still waiting for all of my furniture to be completed. The first delivery was never made. After I waited at home all day, the delivery team claimed they attempted delivery by taking a picture of my house and leaving. They never knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, or waited the 15-minute window that their own policy states. I was home the entire time. Because of their failed delivery attempt, I was pushed back several more weeks. On the next delivery date, I left my doors and windows open and even had my son watching outside while he played. When the delivery truck finally arrived, my son had to flag them down to make sure they stopped. That should never happen. After finally receiving part of my order, I discovered that one of the beds was missing parts. I was then told the replacement parts would not be available for another month. At this point, it has been nearly two months since my purchase, and my bed is still sitting on the floor unfinished. What makes this even more frustrating is that no accommodations have been offered, communication has been difficult, and I feel important information about product availability was withheld when I made my purchase. Had I known I would be waiting months for a complete bedroom set, I would have explored other options. I am currently six months pregnant, and having my bed on the floor for this long is unacceptable. The store knew my situation because I purchased the furniture in person. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Bob’s Furniture delivery and assembly service to anyone. No customer should have to go through this experience.
