I had a wonderful experience at Lowe’s! The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making it easy to find everything I needed. I especially appreciated how convenient it was to shop here and find so many useful items for my business and home projects. Store was clean and organized. Shannon, the lady at checkout was awesome. She was helpful, efficient and friendly. She called store's employees to help my husband loaded a very heavy shower door. Store employees were all nice, they said Hi when we passed by. Would definitely shop here again.

My visit to Lowe’s was great from start to finish. The store was clean, bright, and easy to navigate, which made shopping quick. An associate in the lumber section took the time to answer my questions and even helped load my cart. I left feeling confident about my purchase and will definitely return.

Still waiting on my dishwasher I purchased a dishwasher June 2nd and earliest installation date was June 15th. A broken unit was installed on the 15th that flooded my kitchen 20 minutes after installation. The installation crew came back immediately and documented the damaged unit. It came damaged. Lowe’s reached out to me Tuesday June 16th to let me know a new dishwasher was ordered and on the way. I find out Friday June 19th, because I reached out for an update, Lowe’s canceled the order for reasons that no one can explain to me. It got reordered but I’m told it can take 7 business days and I will be contacted Friday June 26th with an update. Apparently Lowe’s cannot fix a situation they are responsible for by getting an available dishwasher to my home ASAP. At this rate I may be making my first monthly payment on the dishwasher before I wash a dish. I attached a picture of the broken drain line. I was on the phone nearly an hour arranging the order of a new dishwasher that apparently is my responsibility to call in and make sure it’s ordered. I paid for a dishwasher and installation and this is what I’m getting. Slow service with no sense of urgency.

Great customer service from the retired military gentleman that works in the online order department. He was very professional and helped us load in a large item with ease. Thanks for your help!
