We had excellent customer service during our recent Oceanside store visit. The supervisor, Jake, was extremely helpful with selling us the on floor Allen & Roth Dorsey patio furniture as that was only one left in stock. He worked with us on pricing and ensured it was delivered in timely manner. Jake was great and we are happy with our purchase!

The team here made me feel so welcome and helped! Lucinda greeted me and helped me find two items! Joshua saw that I was lost and helped me grab an item that was only on accessible via ladder, perfect timing! Kaitlyn checked on me because I probably still looked lost waiting for Joshua to get a ladder 🙏 And then Taetum was helpful at self checkout as I couldn’t find the bags 😅 10/10 experience

We have been planning a big kitchen remodel project and needed lots of guidance shopping for all of the required supplies. We interacted with many staff members at this Lowe’s and all were extremely willing to offer help but we wanted to give a special thanks to Tatsuya. He went with us through each department helping us gather the necessary materials, & acted as an extra set of hands as I am useless to my husband because I had the 2 toddlers on my hands! We appreciate you Tatsuya, thank you for making this part of the process as easy as possible!

I purchased a gas range on June 25, 2026, along with a gas range installation kit. Both were delivered to my home on June 29 as scheduled. Since my existing installation kit was still in excellent condition, I decided to return the new one. On July 2, 2026, at approximately 10:38 a.m., I went to the store with my receipt. Everything matched, including the purchase, my credit card, and my phone number. However, I was told they could not find the installation kit in their records. Instead of refunding my purchase to my original payment method, the store manager would only offer store credit. What made this experience even worse was the manager's rude and dismissive attitude. I don't understand why I should accept store credit when the poor customer service is exactly why I no longer want to shop at Lowe's. A refund to my original payment method would have been the fair solution. This experience has ended my relationship with Lowe's. I no longer feel valued as a customer and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came Saturday morning to pickup lumber, vouldnt find anyone working the area at 9am. Found two yuppie employees in the back, one helping a customer and another young girl texting on her phone. When i came by they just looked at me, didnt say a word. I asked for more lumber and the other young employee looked at me and didnt say a word. I called a "manager", who casually strolled over in 20 minutes. He never apologized but admitted his employees had misbehaved like the young school children they are. I did what anyone would, went to your competitor Home Depot and got my lumber quick without issue. Will not be coming back to Lowes ever again, Home Depot is much better and organized that’s why more people shop there

Love the kids event they host monthly! Very well organized so it's an easy activity for the parents and my KIDS look forward to coming here every month! Thank you for creating such a fun and safe event!!
