Huge special shout out to Mason and Cassidy both!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✅

Chris helped us with our first ever bed purchase— he gave us the full rundown of the different types of beds from firm, medium, soft and the variety of cooling features. The experience was smooth and efficient. He didn’t make us feel like we had to decide right then and there but that ultimately led us to making the purchase on the same visit. Highly recommend visiting the Mattress Firm at the Arden Center and look for Chris! He’s knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Bill is the absolute best! He really hooked it up! They have a huge clearance center. They carry all the big brands at a great price! The mattress store is as big a football field. Come check them out 🙂

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m fortunate enough to be able to bless my parents (and myself even) with new beds, so I took my mom to mattress firm on Arden to try a few out. He was by himself and slammed and still phenomenal! He checked in with us while taking care of everyone and once it was our turn, we had settled on a few options and he helped make sure we had the best deal! He walked us through everything (who knew there was a lot to think about buying a bed?!) and we have had the best sleep of our lives thanks to him!! The cooling mattresses, cooling sheets, and cooling pillows WITH adjustable bases- I don’t know how we went without. Not to mention, they also delivered and took the old beds! I’m writing this review from said new bed. Thanks again!

had a great experience working with Bill Yound, the manager at Mattress Firm. About six months ago, I purchased a firm mattress because I believed that was the right choice for me. After sleeping on it for several months, I realized it was simply too firm for my comfort. I contacted the store to see if an exchange was possible, and Bill made the whole process incredibly easy. He was professional, patient, and very helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me exchange my mattress without any problems. I really appreciate Bill Yound’s excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you for making the experience so smooth. I would definitely recommend this store!

My husband Greg and I visited three different mattress stores before finding Mattress Firm, and we're so glad we kept looking. I recently had major back surgery, so choosing the right mattress and adjustable base was a very important decision. Reese took the time to listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best bed for my specific needs, rather than just making a sale. We left feeling confident that we had made the right decision. Excellent customer service like this is becoming rare, and Reese truly exceeded our expectations. We haven't slept on our new adjustable bed yet, so this review is based on our shopping experience. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to update my review after we've had a chance to sleep on it. If the bed is as wonderful as the service Reese provided, I think we're going to be very happy customers! Thank you, Reese, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one.
