It was our first time here and we had a pretty good experience. We were greeted as soon as we came in, they asked if it was our first time there and then explained the options we had. They also let us know that we can have samples of any ice cream we wanted to try. Great customer service! We got to try the brownie sandwich, the cinnamon Churro ice cream and the dulce de leche ice cream. Everything was delicious, the flavors were great! The place looked well kept, on the clean side. Comfortable atmosphere. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stop by.

Tried CREAM on Barstow in Fresno for the first time and it definitely hit the spot. J helped us out and was super friendly, which made the experience even better. My husband got the peanut butter chocolate truffle ice cream sandwich rolled in almonds, and they put it in a cup with a huge portion. The ice cream was super creamy and rich, and the almonds added a really good crunch. The cookie was soft and warm which made it even better. I tried the cinnamon churro ice cream in a waffle cone and that one was really good too. The cinnamon flavor wasn’t too strong, just enough to taste like a churro, and the waffle cone was fresh and crispy. I also liked that most of their ice cream is homemade or made with Rosa Brothers milk, which you can definitely taste in the quality. They have a rewards program too, so after you spend $50 you get a $5 reward, which is a nice bonus. Also got a discount for being a student! Overall, portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and the service stood out. Definitely a good spot if you’re craving something sweet.

When my buddy recommended we try an ice cream sandwich place I didn’t know what to expect but CREAM really impressed me! Letting us customize our own ice cream sandwich with warmed up (delicious) cookies and a wide selection of flavors and toppings was a wonderful experience. The ice cream sandwich itself was also the perfect summertime evening treat. I appreciated the politeness and speed of the ice cream clerk as well. What a unique find this was!

Our family visited Cream at the Barstow location for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The ice cream was delicious, especially the specialty cheesecake wonder that included a delicious brownie, and the cotton candy cone was so much fun. Mr. R was incredibly energetic, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the flavors, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we plan to visit the other location on W. Bullard Ave. and N. West Ave. next. We’ll definitely be back!

I was lucky enough to catch this place on its first day soft opening & I can’t wait to come back. (This review is based on the new 2nd location at Bullard & West) The very friendly & helpful owners are obviously proud of their new business & excited to serve their customers. The selection of flavors was plentiful, and they have vegan options too which is what I’m most excited about. There are lots of different ways to enjoy your ice cream. Shakes, cones, cookie sandwiches, waffle taco, or of course, just in a cup is an option too. It’s super clean & nice inside. Very cool too, and which is perfect for these sweltering summer days. I got the vegan vanilla bean cookie shake & it was delicious! Please support this local business.

Hands down the best ice cream I've had here in Fresno. R was great and so kind, you can tell hes passionate about the quality of the products sold here. Brownie was amazing and so we're the cookies. All 4 of my kiddos finished their servings. And the servings are big! We will definitely be back! Thanks again R for making our visit amazing! 👏 👏 👏
