Red Wing - Commerce, CA

Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2nd pair in the same week. Can't go wrong with good quality and variety of choices. If they don't have it in store/stock they direct you to a location that does, and they put a hold on it! Awesome place, will definitely go back! #ClassicMoc

I honestly haven’t been impressed as a customer too many times but George made a lifelong Red Wing customer out of me! Great attentiveness and went through explaining my fit profile results in detail to make sure I understood the product I needed.

The store was a shoe store with over priced merchandise. 💸💸💸My husband saw his boss and others with these workboots. They recommended very highly. I personally wasn't that impressed, they didn't even smell like leather. He got a pair. He says that they are very comfortable, but retain moisture. He has never had issues with smelly feet till now. I personally prefer he sticks to buying Silver Bulls ❣️💁‍♀️ He can buy two pairs and we can go out, and not get stinky feet if he buys the Silver Bulls, made in México with real leather 🐃❣️ He will probably never buy anything from that brand again.

Came here to get steel toes for work. The service is horrible and the employees are rude, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Multiple customers standing around waiting to be helped, They need training because they sure didn't make me feel welcomed. Alot of over priced shoes smh.

Got both of my work boots love this place ..

Bought some boots the day prior to visiting this location and needed a smaller size which commerce is the only location that had them in stock. The boots were less than 12 hrs old and only worn in Redwing when I purchased them. As soon as we pulled up to the store you could feel the the animosity from the staff. They were extremely rude. They would not take my return. Seemed like the tall skinny flake working the store didn't wana have to work that day. Was a complete smart ass the entire time and refused to give me his name. Very unprofessional.

Just want to shout out REBECCA, she set aside some boots and i needed to drive and hour and half to get to her store. Not only did she help me once i arrived but she made sure i took advantage of the promotions they had going on. I thank you rebecca, great employee for sure!!!
