VALLIANI JEWELERS

We had a wonderful experience with Valliani Jewelers. This is where I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands, and we were able to design custom rings exactly the way we wanted. We worked closely with Belen, and she was amazing throughout the process—helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. It took a couple of weeks to receive the final rings, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The craftsmanship was beautiful, the pricing was unbeatable, and the whole experience felt personal and well cared for. My wife also purchased my wedding band there, so Valliani became a special part of our story. Highly recommended.

Belen was incredibly helpful and made the entire process of choosing our wedding bands so easy and enjoyable. We went in without a clear idea of what we wanted, and she took the time to show us a variety of options until we found the perfect rings for our special day. She went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining everything, being completely transparent about pricing, and helping us stay within our budget. Her patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service made this such a great experience. We are so excited to get our rings and will definitely be coming back to see Belen for future jewelry purchases.

Rosie Gonzalez and Jorge were both very helpful when assisting us in the look of a chain. Their customer service was very exceptional and the fact that they were both bilingual was extra helpful so that my mom could understand what was going on. The store is also very clean and feels like your home.

Great customer service! I purchased a Bulova watch for Father’s Day gift. Thank you Sonia and Jorge.

I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring at Valliani Jewelers, and Sonia made the entire experience amazing. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and helping us find the perfect ring without ever making us feel pressured. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Sonia if you’re looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry and a great buying experience. Thank you for making such an important purchase so special!
