I first came hear 6 weeks ago without an appointment. I let them know I was just looking for my next watch but most likely not anytime soon. A sales rep named Jake Flood came up to me and said he would love to show me around and talk watches. He was great and spent like an hour with me. I felt he was not about the sale (knowing I wasn’t buying anything that day), but just enjoyed showing me watches, listening, and sharing his knowledge and passion. Fast track 6 weeks and I text him I am ready, know what I want and if I can come in today. He made time for me, tried on the watch I thought I wanted and he remembered another watch I tried on the last time and brought it out. And that was it. Bought it on the spot and just love it! Looking forward to coming here to buy my next watch and will definitely be going to Jake.

Alex and Mary were both amazing and went above and beyond. They are not commission based which is great and they never pushed a single time for a sale. I recently had the chance to purchase my first Rolex from Davidson & Licht. The experience through the whole process was nothing short of amazing. I worked with Jeremiah who was outstanding and went out of his way to help me find my first Rolex. When I went into the store to pick it up, I was also helped by Jake who also showed outstanding service and was very helpful. I ended up bringing my friend along as well to celebrate the moment and we were greeted with a glass of scotch as we waited to get the watch sized and finish up the purchase. The store is easily the nicest AD I've ever visited and I've been to many as I travel a lot for work (domestically and internationally). If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting the store in person. They have plenty of exhibition models as well as other luxury watch brands that you can check out in person. This was an absolute dream moment and Jeremiah and Jake went above and beyond to make it a memorable one.

Lorel Morey is extraordinarily in terms of friendly knowledgable service. My friend Jim and I went out of our way to drive up to Feldmar from San Diego because of the store’s incredible selection. I spent hours with Lorel getting a graduate education on watches and had the opportunity to try on watches from the Parmigiani Fleurier brand. It was a great experience and I will be making the drive again. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at Feldmar Watch Company. I spent a couple of hours in the store learning about different watches and trying them on, and the whole time the staff made it a pleasure. The clerk who helped me was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about timepieces, and he was generous in sharing what he knew. I ended up purchasing a Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart, which they sized for me right there on site. They even sent me home with a few watch books to dig into. Highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate good watches and people who love talking about them.

Feldmar did an amazing job on my 1950's manual wind Baume Mercier watch. The power reserve and time accuracy are now perfect. The cleanup of the watch was done very well. They cleaned up another shop's mess. I asked them to take a picture of the watch movement after the service to verify that the mounting screws were installed and they were happy to do so. The other shop didn't install these screws probably because they couldn't get them or were too lazy. Each phase of the repair was super professional as the team members were very eager to help me. If you want your watch fixed right go to Feldmar for 5 star support.

I wanted a new watch and a friend recommended Feldmar Watches. The selection of watches was overwhelming! The gentleman helping me out, Eden, was wonderful. He took me around the various cases, and with much knowledge, great patience, and taking time, showed me all the watches he thought I’d be interested. I found the perfect watch, and he spent time making sure it was properly sized. I am VERY pleased I went to Feldmar to get my watch. I would recommend Feldmar 100%!

Great experience! Vivi was so helpful and responsive! I live in Texas, bought my Junghans 1972 Mega Solar on a Fri and she was able to get it delivered to me next day Sat morning… Impressive. The 1972 is a phenomonal piece and if you love solar watches its a must have, German made solar controlled by govt atomic radio transmitters across the globe. Junghans made the first radio controlled watch in 1990 and were the official timekeepers of the 1972 Munich games.. love everything about this time piece.

Working with Jakob over the past year and a half has made buying a Rolex feel like way more than just a purchase, it’s honestly been a great experience. From the moment you walk in, everything feels relaxed and well thought out. Jakob is super consistent with how he treats people. He makes you feel appreciated, pays attention to the little things, and actually follows through on what he says. I’ve bought three watches from him now, and every time he’s made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ve checked out a few other Rolex stores around the Bay Area, and this one easily stands out for the level of service. I also want to give kudos to management for running such a smooth operation and putting together such a professional team. Even on a day when he was not able to be there for our purchase, he made sure I was taken care of by his co-worker Matias who brought that same level of attention and professionalism. Nothing ever felt rushed, and the whole presentation was spot on…exactly what you’d want when picking up something so luxurious. I’d definitely recommend both Jakob and Matias if you’re thinking about getting a Rolex. Just be patient though…it’s true that building a relationship helps, but once you do, it’s totally worth the wait.

I got my sub last week and I couldn't be happier with it unless I remembered ahead of time that my dad's watch had the date D'oh. I purchased a brand new Rolex Datejust 31 yellow gold / steel champagne dial & diamond bezel jubilee bracelet from Jaztime a few months back. I wanted this particular Rolex, but didn’t want to get on a waiting list. Therefore, one of my friends suggested Jaztime. He and a couple other people he knew had purchased from Jaztime before, said it’s a strict business transaction, and just be ready to purchase when you inquire. I also read some of the reviews, which relayed the same. My overall experience was very pleasant and super easy. I called, a salesperson answered, I gave the item # of the watch I wanted and sent over a Zelle payment immediately (required) to secure the watch. They sent me wire instructions for the remaining balance, which I sent over that evening. The next day, they confirmed receipt and FedExed me my watch to my local FedEx hold for pickup. I had the watch within 2-3 business days!! If you’re looking for a particular watch and don’t want to wait, Jaztime is THE option for you! I would definitely purchase from them again. I highly recommend them!

Jaztime is, without question, the best dealer I worked with during my search for a Patek Philippe 5326G. I was looking to capitalize on the recent Pepsi discontinuation and trade in my Rolex Meteorite Dial Pepsi GMT. And while many dealers claim to welcome trades, most came back with offers that were shockingly low, often 25 to 30 percent below realistic market value. Jaztime stood apart immediately by offering both the strongest buy price for my watch and the most competitive sell price on the Patek. What impressed me most was the speed, transparency, and honesty throughout the entire process. We initially agreed on a trade-in deal for a used 2023 Patek, but I later changed my mind and asked whether they could source a new one instead. Jaztime was incredibly flexible, adjusted the deal fairly, and agreed to source a 2025 model. They sent me a FedEx label right away and I shipped my watches on Monday. They received them Tuesday and then somehow sourced an even newer 2026 Patek at no change to our agreed price. It arrived Thursday morning. This is exactly how luxury watch buying should work: transparent, fast, fair, and completely free of AD games or wait times.

I purchased a 2022 Lange and Söhne Grand Lange 1 Moonphase yellow gold 139.021, full set, in May of 2026. I had been looking for this watch over a year. My experience was extremely positive. The watch was located in Hong Kong and they managed the transport entirely for me. They fully examined the watch in HK and alerted me to some oxidation on the rear plate. Well known for Langes. They removed it without charge. They also put it on the timegrapher which showed it to be running with zero error. This was all with the watch still in HK, and before I gave my final acceptance. Based on the original photos before shipment from HK I could also see the watch case was in need of a light polish. I requested this to be done before shipping on to me. This was a very convenient extra service, as I would not have a good source for a polish local to me, on such a watch as this. This was accomplished for a very reasonable charge. The watch was then shipped fully insured overnight to my local Fedex office for pickup. As you can see in the video it is immaculate. I could not be happier with the outcome. The communication throughout the process was frequent and clear. All in all an excellent experience.

I got my Patek 5246g from Jaztime the day after I ordered and paid for it. I was very apprehensive of buying such a large purchase online and putting the order through the internet was a big leap for me…but watch was shipped and received as promised. Watch is brand new as advertised and looks amazing. I will definitely buy from Jaztime again.
