I am so happy to have gotten my perfect wedding suit here. Jeff helped me tremendously. I could not have gotten a better experience with anyone else! Thank you so much! My husband and I had an amazing experience getting him 2 new suits from Suitsupply with our stylist Andrew! Andrew was extremely attentive, detail oriented, and made sure my husband felt like he was comfortable in his suit for his specific needs. We are grateful for the experience and will be returning should he have anything further he needs! I would definitely recommend making an appointment in advance as the store does get busy, but you could still do a walk-in on a weekend and wait about an hour.

Jeff helped me pick out several nice looks for a series of film events I was attending. I told him the style I was hoping to achieve, and he was a joy to collaborate with. He was the consummate professional, who brought fun, tasteful, hip options that looked cool yet classy – the look I wanted. He’s extremely approachable, has good taste and sensibilities, and has a great work ethic where he’s constantly trying to find the best match – i.e. «these jeans would look great with this coat, let’s try this undershirt, let’s find a different belt to go with this, etc». It was fun to work with him and it made suit-shopping a fun experience. Needless to say, when I went to the film events, I felt extremely comfortable and confident in the outfits Jeff helped me assemble. And I have Jeff to thank for that!

I wanted to leave a quick review for my Suit Supply stylist Jeff. He did a fantastic job helping me out from the basics to the details, and he followed up repeatedly after the suit was ready. It worked out great for my wedding, and I received several compliments on it. I’m very happy with the service. I expect to come back again and hopefully I’ll be able to work with Jeff again also.

Garrett made my first SuitSupply experience a really good one. Once he was available, he took the time to help me find the right fit, had a fitting room set up, and walked me through the different options without making me feel rushed or pressured. I had never shopped at SuitSupply before, and it honestly felt like having my own personal shopper. His guidance made the process much easier, and I left feeling confident about what I purchased.

Really disappointed. I first visited a suit supply when I lived in TX and while the associates were doing their salesmen spill and all, it was still a good experience and I love my suit today. This was the exact opposite. Y’all I couldn’t even get someone to ask me if I needed any help! It wasn’t even busy and multiple employees either blatantly ignored me or gave me a fake smile and kept walking. Before I walked out I was legit staring these people down and still couldn’t get an interaction. I was really shocked and realized that I’d have to run someone down to get any sort of help which was unacceptable. So I left. Even if you can’t help right away just an acknowledgement goes a really long way. But I couldn’t even get that here. I had a feeling the vibe would be weird here given the mall tbh, but the reviews were so high. Lousy service here man don’t waste your time.

Elliot was incredibly talented and helpful, clearly an expert at his job. He was professional and polite. He helped my young, non-binary relative get a suit for my wedding. Elliot was extremely attentive to their particular needs. They told me that they felt very safe and respected by Elliot’s service. I needed to get a black suit for a formal party. I went to Macy’s to find that it was 360 for a slim fitted suit took awhile to figure that out and came here. As soon as I walked in the store I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. IN the dressing room, tried two suitS, two sizes. BAM. Out the door for 180 for a nice three piece slim fitted black suit. Super attentive, easy to look around and fast. If youre getting a suit , the process, staff and collection makes it easy to get what you want snipe it and get going. That’s what I really appreciate about my shopping experience. No nonsense. I didn’t get hemming since my wife sews and has seamstress equipment. But I think it was only like 15 dollars on top of suit. Again. Half the price of the most affordable suit at a department store. Very happy with my purchase. Will be back for a dark brown one.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for a suit for my son here. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. Iris helped us, and she was such a delight — so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I even told her we were going to look at a few other places before making a decision, and although we did find other options, we still came back because the selection here was so good and the service was even better. We found a really nice light blue suit for me brother & we paid $250 for everything all together with the alterations & everything. It was a pleasure & we will definitely be back. Extremely easy shopping experience and very affordable. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable (shout out Beto). They have partnerships with a bunch of nearby tailors to offer discounts on services. From entering the store to leaving a tailor across the street with a fully prepped suit took only ~40 minutes

My husband and I recently went with our friends to this suit store. My husband usually goes to a different place to buy suits, but our friend really pushed us to check out this spot. Fernando was super helpful and attentive. They have a ton of suits to select from. Fernando was able to have my husband buy two suits, which is a big deal! Fernando also gave us great pricing, we ended up buying 10 suits in total. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Fernando helped me pick out my tuxedo and assisted me every step of the way with any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. He offered me several options in different fabrics and price ranges and didnt pressure me into any specific one and ultimately let me decide which one I liked best, and I appreciate that from him, I will come back if I need any suits in the future for other events.

I’ve been a regular customer at Al Weiss for over 35 years. The reason I keep coming back? It’s not the fantastic prices alone, the quality of what they sell is absolutely amazing. I have found suits Al Weiss in stores like Nordstrom‘s at a third of the price and yet Nordstrom quality. They do not specialize in trendy clothing, the clothing is better suited for a business meeting, a formal event or for many church services. My experience here was fantastic I came to get a suit shoes, tie and belt for my Cohort graduation . The suit selection is huge and very affordable I ended up getting a Blue suit with Grey plaid design I had a hard time finding a tie that I really liked to match my suit color and design but that doesnt take away from the great service and affordability

Excellent service from Danny who helped me out on very short notice with a full suit I needed for a wedding the very next day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was knowledgeable and understood that I needed a certain style in a certain color in a hurry. Thank you Danny, I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I had the best experience at Men’s Wearhouse when I needed a tuxedo at the last minute for my friend’s wedding. I went in not really knowing what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, Peter made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Peter clearly knows everything there is to know about suits and tuxedos. He quickly figured out my size, made excellent recommendations on what would fit and look best, and took the time to answer all of my questions. After the tuxedo was tailored, it fit perfectly and didn’t need a single additional adjustment. What really stood out was Peter’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to making sure everything was right. His knowledge and customer service were exceptional, especially considering I came in at the last minute. I would definitely recommend Men’s Wearhouse, but especially recommend asking for Peter. If you need to rent or purchase a suit or tuxedo, he’s the person to see. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience!

I went to Men’s Wearhouse to purchase a new suit, specifically looking for a conservative charcoal gray one. I could have purchased that suit anywhere, but the reason I chose Men’s Wearhouse was the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Danny, who attended to me right away and immediately made me feel welcome and valued. I am not an easy individual to fit for a suit, and Danny spent what I would consider an extraordinary amount of time making sure everything was right. He was patient, attentive, and clearly invested in ensuring the suit fit properly, felt comfortable, and met my expectations. At no point did I feel rushed. Instead, the entire process was enjoyable and stress-free, which is not something I normally associate with suit shopping. The turnaround time was excellent. Within about a week, I returned to pick up the suit, and Danny ensured that last-minute adjustments were made so the fit was just right. The final result was exactly what I was hoping for. I had only met him once, but Danny remembered my name the moment I walked in again. Danny truly made the difference in this experience. Because of his professionalism and attention to detail, I left not just with a great suit, but with a genuinely positive impression of Men’s Wearhouse. I highly recommend this location and especially commend Danny for outstanding customer service.

I want to give hats off to Danny. He was an excellent professional sales. Person management was excellent. We had a dilemma with a previous location that nearly ruined our alterations for a special event tuxedo and we went into the La Cienega location near Beverly Center and we spoke with Danny and management and they were wonderful. They helped my son and I they expedited and they made sure that he looked at fantastic and made up for the mistake of the previous location. They’re wonderful tailoring all of the above five Stars.

Great experience here! Peter helped me out and he was the man. Came in for a black suit for a wedding I’m going to in a couple of weeks and he made sure that I had everything set up and ready by then. When I came to pick up my suit he helped me figure out the right style for my pant legs then he was able to give it to the tailor on the spot. Took them less than 10 mins to shorten the pants legs and they were right on the money. Overall great experience here, no problems, very seamless and straightforward. I recommend everyone to check out my man Peter, he will hook it up!

Love all the suits bought two suits and another store, but came here and ended up buying what he was gonna wear for prom. We’re gonna keep the tuxedo and I switch the other suit for something else. Terrell is deserving of either a raise or a $500 bonus. These are challenging times, and he could certainly benefit from the additional funds. My initial visit to this particular store was prompted by the recent passing of my father. Terrell was exceptionally helpful, especially given my uncertainty about what was needed. He assisted me in finding the appropriate light, breathable suit, shirt, and pants. The customer service I received was truly outstanding. I now feel prepared for my father’s funeral this coming Tuesday. My sincere thanks go to Terrell. Helped a lot with color ways, sizes, and different styles. I’m appreciate that Isaac took the time to explain certain style and what to look for when shopping for formal wear. Wow! I was very well taken care of! I live 30 miles from store and work 35 miles the other way. I called the night before to make sure they had my size in stock. They did and the representative put it on hold until I could get in the next evening. I arrived and was helped immediately and professionally.. Great experience! Would recommend! 👍

We worked with Milbes and Jenny to get two suits for two differently shaped men. They went above and beyond to be helpful. They were both super friendly and very attentive. Love going into this store for my husband. The manger and associates are so friendly. I brought my twins in to pick up an order and he told me next time call the store and he will bring it out to me. Finally found my spot. As a tall, bigger guy who wears a 2XLT, shopping for clothes has always been a frustration and nothing ever fits right at regular stores. DXL on Shaw and Blackstone completely changed that for me. The service was incredibly personable. I think the guy who helped me was named James (sorry if I got it wrong!), but either way he went above and beyond. He helped me find a ton of great shirts and other stuff that actually fit me the way clothes are supposed to. I walked out with a bunch of things I genuinely love, and for the first time I felt like there’s finally a place where I can get clothes that fit right and look good. Can’t recommend this location enough. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been shopping here for years. The staff is awesome. My favorite by far is Stephen. He gets it. He’s great at pairing shirts, jackets and pants; especially when my budget is tight and I have to limit the number of items. The selections are vast and most items can be ordered online when out of stock. The staff will help with this also. They are a tad bit pricey but when compared to other big/tall they come in line with regard to price. The quality of clothes are really good. I’ve had shirts from there last me longer than they stay in style. Check out the Polo and Robert Graham collections.

The store manager James is using a high pressure sale point using a «body» image measurement device, just dont take to long in the single changing room trying on clothes or he will start pounding on the door. Overpriced material and poor service.
