Luis is INCREDIBLE. We came in needing all new upgrade to my husbands wardrobe and Luis nailed it!!! I'm serious. The store was packed w prom and weddings etc and he handled literally everything with such grace and class. It was IMPRESSIVE. He guided us w all the interchangeable options, making countless outfits. I hope this company realizes what they've got with Luis. Service like this is few and far between !!!!

Terrell is deserving of either a raise or a $500 bonus. These are challenging times, and he could certainly benefit from the additional funds. My initial visit to this particular store was prompted by the recent passing of my father. Terrell was exceptionally helpful, especially given my uncertainty about what was needed. He assisted me in finding the appropriate light, breathable suit, shirt, and pants. The customer service I received was truly outstanding. I now feel prepared for my father's funeral this coming Tuesday. My sincere thanks go to Terrell. I sincerely hope that the owner of Men's Wearhouse takes note of this message and grants him either a raise or a substantial bonus.
