JoS. A. Bank

Exceptional customer service! Roger and Sydney at Jos. A. Bank made my shopping experience one of the best I’ve had in a long time. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this outstanding. Roger and Sydney went above and beyond, and their dedication to their customers truly reflects positively on the store. If you’re shopping at Jos. A. Bank, I highly recommend asking for Roger and Sydney—you won’t be disappointed!

My dad and I went to get a whole suit and accessories for my cousins wedding. Wren was really helpful and patient. This was my dad’s first suit. She was very helpful and giving us different options. We were able to get everything in less than an hour! Highly recommend this place.

I had my graduation ceremony and really wanted to find something nice to wear. I went ahead and gave JoS. A. Bank a try. I was approached by Rigo, who gave me a variety of options and opinions. Safe to say Rigo was the reason I went to graduation dressed well and feeling well. The service he gave, the patience he had, and the knowledge/ commitment to great service were second to none. Rigo you are the MVP for one of the most important moments of my life. Thank you for the great service Rigo!

Amazing service every time I come in! Found some great shirts on the 9.99 clearance rack! And a Manscaped kit for $20 less than online. 👍🏼

Wren was absolutely amazing, the customer service made the entire visit completely painless. I was up against a tight deadline for an interview and she gave the perfect advice on which direction to go. Thank you so much!
