I bought a bed and a section sofa with a chair, that was on sale. Sale rep Mr.Jason, gave a all the 411 on the sales and was so helpful, took his time explaining details of the furniture and discounts.

Maricela helped me pick out a watch . Great display case really good selection and arguably the best discount and retail price selection of any department store. If you're going to get a watch from Macy's come to this location don't go to riverpark. I went there yesterday . Not as good of a watch counter.

Lana was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers and makes you feel valued from start to finish. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Lana, you are the best! Huge place with bunch of different clothing 😆Took my granddaughter for a dress and she loves it 😄 great sales! The cashiers are nice and polite! Perfect place for everything you need! I am definitely going again😁

After my experience at Fashion Fair Macy’s I would give it 5 stars, an associate named Cal in the women’s dept on Saturday June 13th went above and beyond to find me after I had walked quite a ways to return a pair of earrings I had dropped out of my bag after purchase… I appreciate his efforts tremendously! I choose to shop at this location due to the people that work there. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I always stop by the perfume counters to get a whiff of the new fragrances that are available. Great selection of many niche fragrances and designers to choose from.
