We came into this beautiful boutique to get some "ideas" for prom. We left with the most beautiful dress, thanks to Fernando who helped us pick the perfect dress for my daughter’s body shape and skin tone. This dress shop is one of a kind, and the dress selection is phenomenal! Even more impressive is the personal attention I received from Oscar and Aria, who made the whole experience very enjoyable. Oscar has an eye for what will look good on you and you should trust that… The dress I ended up buying is not one I would’ve ever thought to try on, but it ended up being just what I need! I am a "mature woman" of 66 – found dresses that were classy, as well as dazzling! People come from across the country to shop here —I met a woman from out of state who came from across the country to get a dress for her daugher's wedding at Of Seventy. Oscar also was very helpful in Recommending dresses within my budget and there was absolutely no pressure to buy a more expensive dress. He also gave suggestions for how to customize it. They are a 5 star service from the fashion to the great customer service! The manager, Fernando is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. This was the third store we tried and the experience was definitely the best. My family tagged along to help my niece find her prom dress and this store is definitely it. The dresses in store are more one of kind. The dress she picked showed off her shape and Fernando definitely know his dresses and what works well with no only her shape but skin tone as well. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Dress Shop during our trip to Las Vegas. I just got engaged and had seen an add saying the dress shop has wedding dresses. I was excited to check them out but I find the fact that they wanted to charge 80 dollars to just try on 2 dresses! Sorry so not worth it! The store was empty except the lady who worked there. Good luck making wedding dress sales with a policy like that ! I won’t be going back

I looked up online where to get dresses and this dress shop came up was 11 minutes away from my house drove down. Had the best customer service the best stress options for the best prices. They are happy to accommodate any questions I had or concerns! They are truly the best!

I love this shop! I came in with my daughter on Saturday and was helped by a young lady named Bri. She was really sweet and upbeat and picked out some amazing choices for my daughter that she loved. She made sure my daughter was happy, comfortable and confident. Bri hyped my daughter up to pick out a gown in a color that she originally wasn’t thinking of. My daughter is still excited about her choice and can’t wait for her prom! The staff in this shop were all amazing and so kind. If anyone needs to get a dress for any kind of event please go to this shop and ask for Bri. She had great taste and knew exactly what she what would look best for my daughter’s body type and has one of the best genuine spirits that I’ve seen in a while!

I bought a bed and a section sofa with a chair, that was on sale. Sale rep Mr.Jason, gave a all the 411 on the sales and was so helpful, took his time explaining details of the furniture and discounts.

Maricela helped me pick out a watch . Great display case really good selection and arguably the best discount and retail price selection of any department store. If you're going to get a watch from Macy's come to this location don't go to riverpark. I went there yesterday . Not as good of a watch counter.

After my experience at Fashion Fair Macy’s I would give it 5 stars, an associate named Cal in the women’s dept on Saturday June 13th went above and beyond to find me after I had walked quite a ways to return a pair of earrings I had dropped out of my bag after purchase… I appreciate his efforts tremendously! Highly satisfied with our experience at DB. I made an appointment and we had plenty of help from Natalie and the rest of the staff picking out the right bridesmaid dresses. We got a great deal as well. DB has been my go to and will always be my go to, exceptional customer service and deals.

I want to take the time to thank Natalie for being the lovely lady assigned to helping me. I was skeptical and didn't think I'd find my dress but then it happened and I felt gorgeous! Natalie was just fun and sweet to be around she was nice enough to help me with my veil fabric I brought so it could help me see the vision. She laughed with me and my people. And when I started feeling down because of a family member that wasn't there being mean about my dress. Her and other staff were so kind and encouraging to me and I'll never forget that! I was having a very rough week…I came in for a simple tailor to a dress and was not in the mood. Dianna was so amazing, she saw me and noticed and she came to see what help I needed. She really knows how to read the room! She was down to Earth and made me feel comfortable. Theres another woman that greeted me at the door and was so uplifting when I picked up my finished dress. I wish I got her name. It's the amazing service that makes the experience better.

Staff were speaking horrible about other brides who were indecisive about picking a dress. They were speaking freely within earshot of other customers in the store. The seamstress assigned to make adjustments to my dress was not supportive, sympathetic to the errors THEY MADE ON MY DRESS. She offered no suggestions on how to fix it, instead she said I don’t know how you want me to fix it. Just was insensitive about the whole thing. In the end after some push from my mom we were given another appointment to meet with a supervisor. But her overall attitude was oh what do you want me to do are you taking the dress home. Just left feeling unsupported or heard and with no dress. *** UPDATED*** I went back for my appointment and met with the supervisor and had another fitting and explained my issues with the dress. She spent a lengthy time examining the dress on me and explaining what she was going to do as well as agreed with me about adjustments that need to be made. She gave me a return time to try it on again and to make sure I am happy with my dress. She did an amazing job, my dress is perfect and she packaged it up for us. I left with happy tears and so thankful for the customer service provided today, I felt the same day when I said yes to my dress. Thank you again David’s Bridal for making everything better!!

I LOVE Christina’s. I’ve only come twice, but they’ve been accommodating, both today and years ago. They allowed me to try on things multiple times and were quick to give their input on how much they loved the dress. This is a good place to buy wedding dresses, prom dresses, quinceañera dresses, or dress for an elegant occasion. It’s full of merchandise waiting to be purchased and has nice, ambient music.

We’ve been coming to Christina’s for over 25 years. The staff is so friendly and treat you like family. We purchased our XV dress, my sisters and my prom dresses. My daughter’s XV dress and now her prom dress. We can always count on them for guidance. The dresses are beautiful.

This place is a scam. I would give zero stars if possible. They advertise falsely their shipping dates, leaving people in a bind when they are in need of and pay for expedited shipping. I ordered a dress in a rush for my daughter’s wedding, of which the date was impacted by an unexpected deployment. When the dress arrives a week AFTER the "guaranteed" date of arrival it looked nothing like the picture – which was delicate beading advertised and huge, unsightly beading around the collar in actuality, and didn’t include the shawl (which might could have covered some of the hideousness of the actual item) the description clearly stated was part of the order. In attempting to initiate a return, I’m informed they only return their "dress outlet collection," apparently meaning their "dress outlet brand," not the collection of brands they carry. DO NOT order from this place. They "no longer take phone calls" and customer service is limited to text and email which is answered days later.. and I’m certain the reason they stopped the phone calls is because they were seamped with angry, deceived customers. This is the most ridiculous experience I have EVER had in my life. For context, this is the first review I have ever left for anything I’ve ordered.

I’m often in need of a beautiful, fairly priced, good-quality formal gown as a recurring bridesmaid/maid of honor 😅, and I can’t recommend The Dress Outlet enough! From their incredible selection to their genuinely helpful customer service, everything is top-notch. This is actually the 5th dress I’ve purchased from them over the last 2 years, and somehow, the experience keeps getting better. At this point, I don’t even bother browsing other stores—I go straight to The Dress Outlet! Their selection, quality, and prices make them my go-to every time and I never regret it. How could I with the number of compliments that I get in their carefully crafted dresses The only minor challenge is their business hours, which can make it difficult to come in and try dresses in person. Since formal gowns can be tricky when it comes to sizing and fit, being able to try them on is definitely helpful. But aside from that, it’s an A+ experience every time! Highly recommend! ✨

This company is the worst! I bought three dresses. Returned all three within the time limit of 7 days and asked for an exchange for one and a refund for two. They said I could not get a refund, only store credit. When I asked why they did not respond. I had to send another message and they said that yes, I could get refund for one dress but the other dress was non-refundable. I asked where in the order it said that was non-refundable bc most online places tell you, sometimes in red letter that a dress is non-refundable. Nothing. It’s been two months. I got the exchanged dress which my daughter loved for prom but I still have not gotten a refund for the one. I guess money lost on the third. Terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about The Dress Outlet Los Angeles! I was in a complete panic after realizing I needed a dress for my sister’s wedding at the last minute. I placed an order on Saturday after store hours and paid for delivery by Wednesday because I was scheduled to fly to Las Vegas on Thursday morning. When I stopped by the store after work on Tuesday to check on the status of my order, I was informed that a cancellation notice had been sent earlier that morning because the original dress was unexpectedly out of stock. My heart completely sank. I was literally on the verge of tears, thinking my sister’s wedding was about to be ruined for me. Before I could even process what was happening, the incredible women at The Dress Outlet jumped into action. They immediately started pulling options, listening to what I needed, and reassuring me that they would find a solution. Not only did they find me a dress that was even more beautiful than the one I originally ordered, but it was also a more expensive gown—and they upgraded me at no additional cost. To top it all off, they included a matching bag as well! What was shaping up to be one of the most stressful days imaginable turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Their kindness, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to making sure I left happy went far beyond anything I expected. The quality of the suits are nice. The customer service I got was great as well. Veronica the alteration lady was awesome. She fixed my suits to the T. I would be going back to get my suits fixed if she is still there. All around great service.

I have been coming to this place for many years even at there old location. But this last experience may ,9th 2026. I had bought a full suit I had ordered a special vest,tie and have my suit measures and tailored and I picked it up today . My suit was full of wrinkles, the tailoring was a little off and the front button changes dident even seem like they got moved or altered… this place i spent $300 or close for 1 suit ans the alterations. This place is good for those who are on a serious budget you what you pay for the quality aint the best . In truth your kinda better off just going to a respected suit place and paying thr extra money to get a nice suit with good service… this place is good for small things like shoes….tie clicps… cuff links…dress shirts or ties but there suits and quality is not good.. . They really have drop there quality and service from years ago

The store is beautiful and the owner herself is so nice. I've typically found when the owner is gracious you will always have amazing customer service. They also have an amazing selection. I'm looking for my next pageant look so Jovani and Sherri Hill are a must. But they also have a few options from this Lebanese brand, Catwalk Couture. If you know Lebanese dresses really take the cake. If you ever need to contact them online or over the phone they have a quick response.
