Very low quality screen! Do not waste your money, I paid $160 for the iPhone 13 Pro Max HD screen replacement (the highest they offer) and the quality for darker resolution is absolute trash! I need to have the brightness up over 50% to get better quality. When they told me to check the screen to make sure if it’s okay, they told me to raise the brightness all the way up because they knew the quality was poor for darker resolution. They also advertise 20 min repair but take over an hour! Don’t waste your time and money on these scam artists. Funny how none of their bad reviews show up on the front page of their business, what’s up with that Google!

My daughter paid $140 to have her screen replaced and it cracked within 24 hours. She returned to the store and they were no help at all.

I really didnt know what to do when my iphone 17 pro max was bugging out. I found this repair shop from asking chatgpt and it was first store it recommended. I called using my friends phone and they were able to take my in. I couldn’t believe he was able to fix my phone on the spot. It really saved me a whole day from going to the apple store. I dropped off my MacBook Air on January 20th due to water damage, and they told me it would take one or maybe two weeks latest. Two weeks passed and I received no updates so I call and they said it would be done within a week and they would update me. That week passed and still nothing or updates. I called again to ask for the status on my MacBook and they said their "master tech" was working on it and they would update me shortly. I received no updates whatsoever so I called and they said they would need 2-3 days more… a week passed so I called again and they said they would call his master tech and they would update me that same day. They didn’t call me or anything so I called last week and asked them how my laptop was and they put me on hold and then they told me their master wasn’t able to do anything but he was going to be trying more things but I told them I needed my MacBook back and they said it would be 1-4 days to get delivered. I called the next day and they said "oh yeah it’s here" I picked it up February 20th. Their master said it was a "no go" it took 1 month just for him to say that. If I could I would rate 0 stars. -No communication at all -Lack of interest to be honest

Went to get a MacBook Battery replaced. They let me know it'll be 3-5 days for battery to be delivered. Called on Friday to receive an update they said it'd be there for sure Saturday. Called again they said Monday. One week later, didn't receive a call so I called on Monday around 1/2pm they said "oh yea we received battery you can bring it in tomorrow" Next day brought laptop in came back about 3/4 hours later. They did let me know it had some problems and it should turn on and it works but no warranty will be given, I thought oh ok that's fine. Got home connected the laptop to charge and attempted to turned it on it started restarting and it started turning different colors when on the apple screen, didn't let me log in or nothing and kept turning off. They did let me know it'll was "turning on". I was informed by other place two nails were screwed improperly which did damage the laptop more then it was. $150 were wasted. They couldn’t just told me the truth when they attempted to turn it on the first time instead of lying to me. Wouldn’t recommend place due to lack of communication and cost.

I went to replace my screen because it was cracked and the screen they put on glitched wouldn’t let me type or open my Home Screen and they kept saying it was because I was probably putting pressure on my phone so I took it back and they replaced it again with "an apple screen" and same thing my screen did not want to work so after a few days thinking maybe because they just replaced it so it’ll probably glitch a bit and go away but it didn’t so I called them and they said I had a warranty and when I went in they said they can’t replace it all because it had micro scratches on the screen smh isn’t a warranty still supposed to cover the screen either way???! Wouldn’t recommend

They replaced my iPhone 15 pro max with a new battery in less than an hour and it’s working fine so far like it should 2 weeks later. I highly recommend them

Just went back for my second time because the first time they instantly knew what was wrong and fixed my phone so fast. This time around they ordered the parts on Thursday and had them in by Saturday. My phone was repaired the same day. It went from barely working to working like new. I ended up leaving a different phone with them to repair and am planning on bringing someone along with me when I go to pick it up, so they can get a battery swapped. 5 stars over and over again! Happy to come back every time I have an issue.

First off, great name! CPR. For sure you’ll be breathing easier after your encounter. Small shop that looks like a cellphone store but without the cellphones. Don’t be fooled. These guys got game. Watch out for Gary, he’ll have your phone fixed before you get it out of your pocket. Quiet, unassuming, genius. I didn’t have any info about wife’s phone but didn’t matter. They got through and repaired unusable phone in less than an hour. Good as new. I think they take the phone in the back room, fix it in a five minutes then wait twenty five minutes to call you. They are that good. Didn’t know they existed, and now won’t ever forget them.

I submitted the insurance claim threw Tmobile. CPR had scheduling available Dropped it off to Gary it was ready under 1hr. I'll try not to break my phone again. But if do ill see you Guys

If you’re in a bind and in the Burbank area, this place is highly recommended. Hence the perfect business name CPR cell phone repair. In and out in 45 minutes for iPhone screen replacement. Kind people, friendly service, the most difficult part of this process was sitting and waiting without a phone for the duration of the repair. Easy to find, on a main street, near Raising Cane’s. Competitive prices.

Was sent here by spectrum to get my screen. Replaced technician did an excellent job and I was able to to have my phone fixed and ready within an hour and as my back screen was broken and not covered under my insurance he offered me a way better deal then I could ever hope for at the apple store I believe they wanted around $500 to replace my back screen where's here an aftermarket screen was only $100 so way kill deal am looking forward to getting my back screen replaced would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking yo get their phone fixed or even. Buy an iPhone thanks guys

This place has one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I speak through action, and they definitely delivered. My phone needed a battery replacement and a screen repair. Paul took care of me after my phone was overheating. The turnaround time for the battery was about 30 minutes, and I was genuinely impressed. I also got my screen replaced, and the quality is excellent basically equivalent to an Apple screen without the overpriced cost. It’s OLED, and you can tell it’s high quality. I also had my phone fully diagnosed because of the overheating issue. Paul took his time with it, which ended up taking about a week, but he was very understanding and did his best to figure everything out. He was eventually able to minimize the overheating problem. I personally decided to upgrade my phone since it was time, but this will now be my go to phone repair shop. The quality they provide and their customer service are excellent. Great people, great service definitely coming back.

I had an excellent experience at iGenius Repair at UTC Mall. The staff was extremely professional, honest, and efficient. My phone was restarting every 3–4 minutes. I had previously gone to another repair shop, Logic Fix, where they immediately claimed it was a motherboard issue without properly diagnosing the phone and quoted me $250. When I asked whether it could be caused by something else, they were dismissive and insisted that I pay $250 regardless of what the actual problem was. In contrast, iGenius opened and inspected my phone for free. They carefully diagnosed the issue and told me that, fortunately, it was only a bad battery. They replaced it in about 20 minutes, and my phone has been working perfectly since then. They saved me a significant amount of money and gave me complete confidence in their work. I had a great experience here at the Apple Store in Fresno. Came in on a Saturday and got taken care of. They were very helpful and friendly they resolved my issue with my iPods. Overall great customer service definitely coming back.

Horrible customer service. Went it an early morning right when they opened. I needed a left AirPod, and some girl asked if I had an appointment. I stated no, and just need a replacement left air pod. She said I need an appointment, and can get me helped in 10 minutes…. Keep in mind the store was empty. Left, came back and she said that it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. Told her that is fine, but rather than waiting for nothing can you check to see if you have a replacement left air pod. She said " no we can’t check, you are going to have to wait ". It’s not that hard to check. I wasn’t asking for something out of the world. On top of that, she had no emotion, and looked bothered to help or even ask my questions. Went to Best Buy, and just bought a new set. Didn’t want to come back.

I recently had an appointment to pick up a replacement tablet. I wasn’t greeted at the door, but I was greeted midway through. after that they sent me towards the back of the room where I waited about 15 minutes for someone else to assist me. I wasn’t given instructions or a heads up about what I needed to do once I got there other than just being told to head towards back counter and have a seat. Not knowing who I needed to speak to for those 15 minutes, felt like an eternity.

I got helped by Karina, and let me just say she was the most patient and helpful employee ever! I was looking at the Iphone 17s and i couldn’t decide which one to get and she reassured me that I could take my time to decide. She helped me and explained how to transfer my old phone into the new one. If it wasn’t for her I would be so lost

Probably the worst communication I’ve ever had in an Apple Store before no one ever picks up the phone and when I tried to get my phone fixed and I couldn’t get back into my iCloud the only thing they could tell me is nope without another Apple product you’re stuck, even though I ended up figuring it out on my own without an Apple product or the help of any of the people there I simply just been trying to reach the store calling multiple times a week from when it first opens before it closes to the days that they’re not busy and no one ever seems to be able to pick up the phone. It’s quite ridiculous.

The greeting at this store was professional, but the service I received once I was assigned a representative was some of the worst I’ve experienced. I spent $2,000 on a new phone, yet I was treated like a nuisance from start to finish. The employee started with a dismissive, "Oh, so you're just here for this?" He acted like he couldn't be bothered to help me. Even though a co-worker brought over accessories to show me, this rep didn't even acknowledge them. He ignored the opportunity to help me further and just rushed the sale. The second he handed me the phone box, he completely moved on. He started helping the next customer immediately, acting like I wasn't even there anymore. •I had to ask for my receipt, and he ignored me. I actually had to interrupt the new customer he was helping to remind him a second time to print my receipt. Once he finally handed me the receipt, he didn't say a word—he just turned his back on me and walked away while I was still standing there. He didn't even offer me a bag for the phone. He just handed me the box and left me to walk out holding a $2,000 device in my hand. It felt like I was just buying a pack of gum at a liquor store, not a high-end piece of technology.

VERY VERy disappointing service. my old iphone had some technical problem and i bought a new one from my carrier. next day i went to apple store to get some help to transfer data from old to new phone. i was told oh 1. we can't help because you didn't buy the phone from us. 2. you can have us fix your phone but we would wipe all your data, which wouldn't make sense because i only went there to be get help to transfer data. 3. she then told me the phone to phone would take hours and you need to do that at home. it was 2pm and store closed at 7or8pm. i was so pissed. it was like she looking for excuses to not help me. i have 6 apple phone in my house, 1 macbook air, 1 neo, ipad, 2 apple watches and probably 3-4 airpods. and being a loyal i really didn't expect such shitty service.
