Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pickup was at noon. It’s 1:30 now. On 2 of 3 suvs they have cleaned that are beat up all the way around. One employee said they’re rentals as if that means I should be fine paying luxury price for a luxury suv that’s beat to hell. Another employee asked if I was waiting for another and when I told him way, he said they’re all like that at this location. If I was renting a fiesta I’d still want a car in decent shape. Start giving discounts on damaged cars, or fix them.

Don’t get me wrong 98% of the employees are amazing. The issue I’m unhappy with is the fact that the cleaning of the vehicle very poorly done there was trash from seven months ago on top of There’s no point of making a reservation if you have to wait an hour to an hour and a half. But say they check you in at 12 PM and you have to wait An hour and a half so you can’t even drive away with the car until 130 Your rental start at 12 when you check in Not 130 I don’t think that’s OK so we’re paying to pretty much sit in the lobby and we’re losing out on time that we’re paying for

Dear Enterprise Customer Care, I am writing to formally report a concerning experience I had at your Modesto location on McHenry Avenue. I made a reservation approximately two weeks in advance for a Wagoneer L. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the manager, Chris, informed me that the vehicle would not be rented to me. During the interaction, his tone became increasingly aggressive, and he raised his voice, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left the location feeling disrespected and frustrated, especially given that I had planned ahead and expected a smooth rental process. I rely on companies like Enterprise for professional and respectful service, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation, including any available records or camera footage, and provide clarification as to why my reservation was not honored. I would also like to know what steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated respectfully in the future. I had the friendliest interaction with the guy in the office at the desk wish I got his name. Once I got the guy "Daniel" who was not so happy to be at work, I understand people have off days but he was super pushy, unhelpful and not very understanding. at that point he was getting me into a SUV. I had to leave to get another form of payment cause the deposit was more then told, so took me 20min to go and come back and in that time I was passed over to "Erik or Eric" who another person who could careless what we were asking or expecting-asked why were we moved from the SUV to the compact car (shrugged shoulders) said he was just taking over- once the walk around and payment was to be made we asked why are we being charged more (shrugged shoulders again) said IDK swiped my card said your all good while walking away- worst experience for a 15+ day rental. The car wasn’t vacuumed, and the fluids weren’t checked because the lights were popping on the car. I was a little irritated, but I was just in a bad accident and needed the rental for work and the kids, so I said thank you and left. I might or might not return, depending on the return atmosphere.

There was a misunderstanding on when I had to return the vehicle I rented and Enterprises late fees. I call the following day to say that I would be late returning the vehicle and was told they were closing that day earlier than I expected. I couldn't make it in time. The next day I returned the truck I rented. On my way to my ride I saw an employee in the truck taking it to service for the next customer. I stopped and spoke with Isaac, told him the company i work for was paying for the rental but only for the first day. I would be responsible for the second. Isaac said he felt the mix up was unfair and I would be charged for only one day. That's customer service. And I will be a life long costomer
