Santa Barbara Airbus

This is an INCREDIBLE company! I took the bus from LAX to Camarillo, and forgot my purse on it! I realized as it was pulling away, and called the dispatch line. The got in contact with the driver, and I was able to meet them on their way back through the following day. I talked to three different people on the dispatch line, and all three, especially Kim, were incredibly kind and helpful. Our driver was also great, but unfortunately I don’t remember his name. The bus was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you need shuttle service, use this company!!!

Thank you Mr. Tony and Mr. Jeff save my day. I was taking a bus from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. Since I was not familiar with the area, I waited for the 12:30 pm bus at the drop-off area of Terminal 2. At 12:38, the bus arrived, and the driver, Mr. Tony, told me that this was the drop-off area and that I should wait at the departure level down stairs instead. However, since the scheduled time had already passed, Tony immediately offered me a solution. He kindly allowed me to ride his bus to Terminal 7, and then directed me to go down to the departure level there to catch my shuttle. He also promptly contacted my shuttle driver, Mr. Jeff for my situation and confirm that he would pick me up at Terminal 7. When I arrived at the departure area, the bus was already there waiting for me. After driver Jeff verified my information, I was able to board smoothly. So grateful !☺️🙏🏻

It’s hard to give a flat rating because there are different aspects to the ride experience so I will qualify this review in the following way: I don’t think there is anything wrong with the ride in general, but punctuality is important. Not only was today’s ride 30 min late, once on the bus, the two airbus members spent an additional 20 min explaining safety features and sorting out the WiFi password instead of trying to do that on the way to make up time. After a long flight home, I just want to get home. Sitting around waiting for a bus and then not moving once boarded is not cool.

Great customer service all around. From making my reservation over the phone to the driver Enrique. Everyone was very kind. I will definitely be scheduling again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Santa Barbara Airbus.
