Amazing experience at this dealership and the amazing employees there. Of all the dealerships I visited, this one was best at catering to customer needs. The employees were more than patient and genuinely helpful in assisting with all the requirements. Even so, Calvin Ho, the guy assisting throughout the process was phenomenal in helping complete the purchase, he was genuinely interested in understanding the asks and helpful all through the stages and documentation giving his best in listening and making the overall process a very smooth and comfortable experience.

We are/were so satisfied with our buying experience at East Bay BMW we came back 2 weeks later and bought another vehicle!! From our sales person (Bobby Padilla) to the crew in finance (James Ylagan & David Lampliks) and even our service advisor ( Ben Simpson) everyone treated us great! Even the sales manager and GM went above and beyond to earn our business. We very happy to support them. He went through the vehicle thoroughly for me. He took the time to not only explain each feature but also made sure I understood it and we set each feature to my preference. I really appreciate it! Lito, the salesman that I worked with is very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all of my questiosn throughly. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the discussion and finance process. I have visited a few other BMW dealers around Bay Area and encountered some unexpected experience but Lito and BMW East Bay changes my perspective. Great dealer and people

This is a review for Aaron who was our sales person for 3 vehicles. Drove over two hours to Pleasanton to purchase our vehicles and Aaron was great to work with and had excellent customer service! I went for my test drive and he made me so comfortable I drove it home! If you’re looking to buy a car, I would definitely ask for Aaron …no pressure, and a pleasure to talk too. Oh yes and he knows all about the BMWi4!

I had a great experience with Bruce Wong and the service team at East Bay BMW on August 5, 2026. Bruce was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the service visit. I appreciate that they took the time to identify and explain exactly what was found and what needed to be addressed. I also want to give a special shout-out to Michael Angelo, who assisted me with my loaner vehicle. He made the process easy and convenient, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a brand-new loaner! Overall, I’m very happy with the service and customer care I received from Bruce, Michael Angelo, the technician, and the entire East Bay BMW team. Professional, transparent, and friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I was in need of a new SUV after my previous one (different brand) decided to quit on me after 13 years. Based on our recent experience of working with Brannon Hills at East Bay BMW, it was pretty much a no-brainer to give him a call. I stopped by a day later and Brannon took great care of me to ensure I got the car I really wanted. He patiently showed my every X5 on the lot and then took me to the overflow lot...twice...while I hemmed and hawed about each little feature before settling on my final choice. He helped me understand all the different model types for the X5 as well as which option were available for each model type with absolutely no pressure. He made sure I got a fair price on the car, which I also appreciated. The financing component was low pressured and smooth. I do recommend making sure they show the actual costs of any add-ons rather than the monthly cost on top of your payment. I am happy with my new SUV and quite satisfied with the buying experience overall. If you shop there, make sure to ask for Brannon!

Jason was great to work with throughout my BMW M3 purchase. He was professional, respectful, and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciated that he gave me the opportunity to test drive the car before making my decision, something other dealerships did not offer.
